That fits one of ours perfectly . Very large female tuxedo with a never ending appetite . She yowls outside my bedroom door the second she hears me move . The end result is me chasing her with a spray bottle in to kitty prison , a room with a water bowl and a litterbox . This scenario has played out a couple of hundred times , it's pretty much every day . The result is always the same , she gets doused and locked up . I would have no peace to drink a cup of coffee otherwise . She complains loudly when she gets sprayed but she never learns , literally the most stubborn animal I've ever dealt with . She's lucky that I can't catch her .... with the flyswatter in this house , too much room for her to escape .
She just thinks of that repeating scenario as her “job.” And it’s a dirty job, but somebody’s gotta do it. There’s nothing to learn, because she’s doing her “job” perfectly already. Nails it every time. :)

She's gonna become unemployed if she keeps this crap up , life sentence in kitty prison , no chance of parole .

Fine. But then we don’t know who’s gonna get you out of bed for your morning run. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Interrupting a man's caffeine and nicotine recharge is a heinous offense in my house , my wife knows better than to try and talk to me before then and the cat ain't getting a free pass on that either .

Evening... Been a nice day. On the cool side but we got some sun. Should warm up this week. Maybe in the 70s. Guess I'll get the blower out and move some leaves to the front. There's still a lot on the trees but if I wait it'll be that much harder to move them. Plus I'm tracking them in the house.

Looks like the pooch is getting some of his fur back.

Try one of them steel combs with the twisty bristles. If you haven’t already. And let him come to you and give him what he’ll take then stop till he comes back for more. Ask me how I know this.
