Oh crap. I know some of you can relate. I set the alarm on my phone to remind me of something. I set it for one hour. I see the thing is about to go off and then I forgot what I set the alarm for. Of what use is it to set an alarm for a reminder when you can't remember what you set it for? As I usually do I go on to something else for a few minutes and try again. Figured it out. I threw the damn cat in the garage because he was driving me nuts like he always does. He likes it out there anyway. Normally, I leave the door open a crack and he can let himself back in. But it's cold today so I shut the door completely and set the alarm for one hour to remind me to let him back in else he might be out there for who knows how long.

Evening.. The back door was finished yesterday. The front was done today after they finished the adjustment to the roof eve. I'm very happy with both. Scruffy is not happy. He'll get over being scared of the new storm door. I'll likely have to build a step to make it easier for him to use the pet door. But there's no hurry till he figures out he can push it open. It's has a magnet on the bottom of the flap. Until then I'll have to open the door for him. No more laying on the inside to look out. It's either in or out.

You have him caged in behind the house, right?

Evening... Still dealing with cold temps and wind. It Sucks. Went to the urologist yesterday. Nothing of notice with the exam. So I'll be getting an MRI. Then I'll go back and see what it shows. Scruffy still doesn't like the new door. But it's been cold so he doesn't want to go out. I have stacked 2 patio pavers to make it easier for him to get in the door. They are 24x16x2 and were $10ea.They weigh 55lbs each so not going anywhere. There's enough clearance on the door for one more if needed.

Stop whining and man up, Bronze. It should take more than the 'sniffles' to stop a man (though most wives would disagree)
Hello Everyone. Haven't been around a while, hope everyone is good.
Hi there! Really glad you stopped by, Brett. Been worried about you. Hope you’re doing okay with the holidays and all.

Evening... We've had some rain for a couple days. Tonight temps drop to the 30s and we may get some snow.. The contractor called and they are going to start on the house tomorrow. Not sure how that's going to work with the forecast this week. But it is what it is. I did get Scruffy to come in the new door. He just won't go out of it. I can adjust the flap up so the magnetic doesn't grab it so hard if need be.

Hey Pop! Glad to hear back from you. I got slammed with sumpin’. For someone who never gets sick it’s making up for it. Totally spaced out. All I do is sleep. Inbetween drugs coming n going at the moment to check in and report I’m still among the living. Don’t go too far Pop.
