I'm 46, been smoking off and on (mostly on) for 30 years; a consistent 3/4 to 1 PAD for the last 6 years.
Started my e-cig 12/23 and haven't seriously craved a tobacco cigarette since.
Over 40. Over 20 years. Worst was about a pack/day. Currently at 5-10 cigs per day. Haven't been able to completely quit. Hoping this will help. Waiting to get access to Canadian forum for info.
38 male, smoked for 25 years with a few years of gaps in the middle. Almost half a year smoke free, with no cravings or murder-spree inducing irritability.
43 yrs
25 years with a few breaks anywhere from 5 cigs to a pack a day.
On my breaks I would gut Copenhagen and in the last couple years I would vape as well as smoke. The USMC bought my ticket for my nicotine train.
I am now smoke and snuff free and will never look back.
51, smoked up 40 a day for 36yrs!!! Been analogue free since 28th December 2012. I can breathe again have'nt even thought about a sneaky one, still got 30 larlbrough mights sitting on my desk, Vaping is for me, marvellous.
