A spot of sunshine, I was interviewed this morning by Ann Varnum for WTVY television channel 4 here in Dothan, AL. It was funny she wanted me to puff on my epipe when she started the interview, stating that our guest are here and they are not smoking. This was not a witch hunt by any means, she even read a testimonial by a 52 year old man that had cancer of the tongue and lost part of it, and was replaced by a piece of his forearm. The man had tried everything to stop smoking and 2 weeks after his surgery started again figuring if it took 30 years to manifest he had time. After he tried an electronic cigarette he was hooked, and has been analog free for over a month. She was more interested in our (mine and Susan a fellow vaper) story on what it did for us. In closing she displayed the business owner’s telephone number selling ecigs in this area and to contact him if you were looking for an alternative to smoking.
Overall I think this will be a very positive review.
Thanks to everyone for the prep.
It airs Sep 13th.

Wow, that's awesome! I'm glad that everything went well and it wasn't one of those ninja ambush bad interviews! And I must say that you looked quit handsome in what you were wearing! Good job!

It makes me want to go to my local news stations and try to get us some exposure in a part of the country that doesn't have much of it! The news people seem nice here, so I don't think that they would try to ambush me in a bad way. I'm not sure if I am the right person for the job though since I am very skinny and have sorta bad skin from acne scars, so I'm not exactly the greatest picture of health as far as everything goes.

I went into a local bar in my town today, to see an old friend that I hadn't seen forever that now works there, and the bar was filled with a lot of guys in their 40's and 50's. They were all watching me vape and asking me questions about it, they hadn't ever heard of it. Although this state has a smoking ban now, there are still bars in my small local town that will still let people smoke, so all of those guys were. I guess that the police doesn't care and the owners figure that not many head honchos from the state are going to actually care about my tiny little town, so they let people do it. Although when someone said that there was a car across the road with state tags on it, that made the bar owner jump up and look outside!
