Sorry, I shouldn't have quoted "100% made in the USA." It was more this...

Provape uses US-made materials wherever they can in the Provari. The only components not made in America are certain parts for the circuit board which just aren't made here.

Provari: Made in the USA

Sorry for the lack of links. Multiqouotes are tedious on my Chinese iPad.

That was in response to someone claiming that $15 for green and blue LEDs was outrageous. I can tell you that there is only one manufacturer in the world that makes those. (Might be another one or two behind the old Iron Curtain, but I doubt they would be cheaper).

Don't be mad cause ProVape wanted to make the best mod they could, and wanted to use the best parts.

Why do you think China hasn't cloned the ProVari? They've practically cloned everything else? I'll tell you. In order to make it comparable to the ProVari, they would have to charge almost the same price.

"Sorry"? Is that anything meant to be an apology?

As I said, I provide links to back up my statements. Did you bother to click on that link I provided?

"Several have asked if the ProVari is just “assembled” in the US or “made” in the US, so to address this questions here are some details:

The ProVape-1 and ProVari are actually MADE and ASSEMBLED in the USA.

Parts - Machined right here in Monroe, WA. We use US-made stainless steel bar stock to produce the tubes, top caps, bottom caps, contact pins, etc. Everything is done on our machines locally. No outsourcing.

Bare Circuit Boards - Manufactured in Illinois. We do not purchase the circuit boards from China due to their poor quality. While the circuit boards are more expensive to produce in the USA; this is the heart of the system and it’s important to us that they are the best quality we can get. Each PCB is electronically tested before it ever sees components.

Electronic Components on Circuit Board – these are the only parts that might come from outside of the USA. Some of these parts are simply not made in the US, so we can’t get them from a US source, even though we would prefer to.

We use components from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, China and the USA.

Component assembly - Components are soldered onto the circuit boards at a facility outside Seattle, Washington. After getting components installed, the boards are tested several more times at our Monroe facility to ensure they are ready to ship. We test each one multiple times to give you the most reliable product you can get.

We don't cut any corners when it comes to quality control, testing, and component selection."

I'm not mad about anything Provape does. They make a fine mod.

I simply pointed out a couple flaws in Batitude's logic.

$60! You buying it from a B&M? I can buy 2 of FastTech's most expensive Nemi clones for that and still have $8 left over.

Sorry, I ordered an EHpro Nzonic instead of the Nemesis. I've always liked the dumbbell style telescopics & I've always wanted a mod with a brass center tube or brass accents, so I ordered the Nzonic. It was 60 bucks, but I got 5 bucks off with loyalty points from a US vendor. I'd ideally rather spend $55 with loyalty points on a clone from a US shop than spend $30 on fasttech. Of course if Fasttech actually had the EHpro Nzonic clone for under 50 bucks, I might of bought it from them. But they didn't. :p

I don't get it. You support American products when it's convenient? Is it important to you that the Provari is American?

He's a cool poster, especially to new members. Hey Bad', if ya need some supplies, I'll send ya a couple almost brand-new RDA's and some Kanthal, seeing how these guys all vouch for you. PM me if ya want man. Just got them from 101 vapes, an IGO-W and a Chi-Triot. Used them a couple times and they work great, just decided dripping ain't much for me, love my mini protank 2s and rebuilt cotton heads, finally got it right and want to relax there a while, lol. But I know what it's like to be strapped for cash. Don't show up at my door or anything but I'll help ya vape if I can. :toast: :vapor:

I was poking fun at Rocketpunk for repeatedly saying I'm new here, I wouldn't understand. I guess a clique is out to shun me because I dared to question a member? Sweet.

Now were a "clique"?? A BADITUDE clique...... Yes.....
But I'm sure you will spin it into a snobish, elite provari owners ganged up on me for no reason at all thing?
Whatever, I'm backing one thing here.
