They have a recycle program for the cartos. With a memory chip in them. We had a long discussion/guessing game in another thread.
My guesses:
1) Counts puffs, or accumulated puff duration. Maybe adjust voltage as juice is used up. Maybe "turns off" at a certain point equivalent to about a pack of smokes. Ensures no burt cartos.
2) Records vaping history (TOTAL GUESS here). So they know how people puff them. Would be anonymous, but collecting all those "recycles" could be very interesting from a usage data standpoint.
If correct, the data could be worth more than the recycled materials. Lots more.
It's not without precedent. There are other e-cigs that have computer interfaces and history, for example.
Accumulating vaping data vs smoking data is priceless.

This is what I use. Three layered for the Vamo and the V2.5 Prothingy and two for the V2 ProThingy (the pin is more recessed). It also absorbs teensy moisture drops. Change as needed.
Another tip is when you fill the Protank slide a q-tip up the center tube to block it.

I did too. I would swing back and forth - either my BFs looked like girls or they looked like Cat Stevens. My first BF could almost pass for him.
