Is it being stuck, or is it being content with what you have?

I think she is totally content...she doesn't strike me as a stay stuck kind of girl :)

PBusardo has a review in which he use a similar device.

It is about fifteen minutes in.

Amazon has really great prices on these, Supco BPV31 Bullet Piercing Valve - Amazon.com

Fairly cheap and they don't smash the carto out of shape.

The key is the 3/8 inch tubing size.

Happy Blow Things Up Day!

Bloody He11! It's close to 95 degrees and haling again. The hale is even larger than it was the other day - almost marble-sized! The sun was shining to the southwest, although now it has weird looking fog in front of it. We hit 106 degrees a few days earlier. Very odd indeed.

Happy 4th, little predator!

To you as well.

The oddness of the day continues. I just had the door open to take more pictures and the cat walked up behind me. I asked her if she wanted to go outside. I swear her "ma-ow-rowe" sounded like "I dunno."

Smart feline. I would stay in, too.

I am still "stuck!" Oh, well, I am happy!

I've been thinking about your flooding carto problem...

A carto can't flood that quickly because the filler material has to become super saturated first. I think the filler is already too full, and the act of moving the tank (in the truck, up or down stairs) breaks the surface tension in the material around the centre core and... instant flood.

If we assume for the moment that the carto is punched correctly for the juice (it works fine in other tanks with that juice) then there must be something going on that is specific to those tanks.

A couple of things come to mind, see if they hit a chord:

1) The draw with that tank is very tight. It might fit all the way down on a device and cut off the air flow. when you suck harder on it the air in the tank expands and liquid is drawn into the filler.

2) Something about the filling operation is pressurising the tank: if there's a fill hole, pumping juice in with a nozzle can pump it into the carto. Air has to come out of the tank as you fill it or seal it up.

You might have to try cartos with smaller holes or one hole in those tanks. If you still getting flooding with this arrangement then we're back to 1 & 2

I guess all us foreigners look the same to them too.

that's me...chelle does the cross/devil be gone sign to cartos :)

timely that you bring this up...i've been thinking about it today :)
i was watching the pbsusardo carto video that TheSteve posted and he emphatically states that dry hits/flooding absolutely cannot be the tanks fault....that it will always be the cartos fault....improperly punched, too thick/thin of juice for number and size of holes punched, holes punched improperly, etc
i think you are onto a good lead!
number 1: the vaperfextion is the skirted type with the teardrop "venting" it can't really block airflow but inserting the carto is VERY tight.
the smok udct cannot be used on the provari because of airflow restriction....
number 2: looking back...i have only used the vaperfexion with ikenvape pre-punched...and it IS a side needle fill tank...the smok...i don't think i had issues with the boges hmmmmm

i just ordered some unpunched boges so i'll have to test with both tanks when they arrive

the juice that i had the most issue with the vaperfexion is pretty thin....80/20 i think and pretty sure it is thinned further with...alcohol? (when i "speed steeped" the bottles from that company it seemed like the bottle was half empty before being used)

so...when it first happened i suspected it was the cartos...was told emphatically that it could NOT be the cartos...now it could be LMAO
learning through adversity :D
