I did not care for the octopus, it leaked out the bottom to easily. That sounded weird.

I stuck a toothpick in the bottom hole and drilled a new hole through the cap next to where the coils are, like most rda's have. That worked out much better for me, but it's still my least favorite out of the 5 RDA's that I have. The Chimbus and IGO-W are much better, although they all do the same thing. I can easily get 30 drops of VG e-liquid in the Chimbus.

You know it is odd, I have heard alot of people and reviewers say the Octopus leaks but I have only had it leak once so far for me and that was clearly my fault (forgot I had dripped 12 drops and put in 12 more....OOOOOOOPS).

I have a DID clone, an IGO-L clone and a Pheonix clone on the way from fasttech. I will be ordering a genuine AGA-T2 after the first and last night I found a good deal on The Vulcan (another DID clone). SO I am slowly advancing from my clearo rebuilding to other things. The Octo was a nice transition.

I didn't pick up the Nimbus clone on fasttech because I have read some not so nice reviews of it, I might do some hunting and have a look at the original. The IGO-W I don't know much about. What is the difference between it and the L ?

The iGo-l is single coil (1 negative post)& the iGo-W is dual coil (2 negative posts).

Never had any of my drippers leak, other than goofing like you did & over dripping (a lot).

I put a new head in my iClear 30 yesterday and the wicks (98% of them) would not soak up any juice. They stayed perfectly white and wouldn't wick. I tried oxidizing them, no luck. Grabbed another head and it worked fine.
Has anyone else seen silica not wick like that?

That is odd. I have never seen wick do that. That would be in hte rebuild pile fast. I wouldn't trust it.

Thanks for the info on the W. I really have no interest in dual coils yet so maybe that one will wait for the future.

You don't "have to" run dual coils in it, if yo don't want to. They are a PIA to get perfect, but once you do, OMG they work bloody awesome.
Yeah, that coil ended up i the trash real fast.
I would like to see how they build (mass produce) some of these coils. or maybe not! LOL!
I've gotten into the habit of dry burning, washing, dry burning THEN filling with juice. Have yet to get any coil that didn't smoke on the first dry burn. Prolly why I'm not a big fan of cartos. hehe!

Somehow I wound up with 3 AGA-T+'s (all pyrex tanks now), and a RichMan's RBA (basically the same thing). I should sell 2 of these AGA-T's, but the market has hit rock bottom. If your interested Myrany (or anyone), PM me.

I've had some wicks/heads perform poorly when new, rinsing in hot water usually fixes them. BTW, never ever use a brand new device until you clean it unless it's a cartomizer. "They" will wrap a coil and stick it in a RBA/RDA/clearo that hasn't been fully cleaned yet. Some have machine oils, some even have metal shavings.

How many flavors do you guys go through in a day? Not finish off in a day, but switch out during the day?

I have 17 flavors of DIY on my desk and I probably hit about 10 of them in a day. I strongly suspect doing this is why I very rarely deal with vapor tongue.

i have 9 in cartos/ce3's at the moment...had 10 but the carto in that tank started smelling/tasting awful....i still get vaper's tongue but i think that is because i overvape or something....

One. I try others, but more than a couple and I get depressed.

ok...maybe that is what is happening to me...i am once again hating everything.....maybe my expectations are way too high for what "this" is.....i really should rba/rda or just plain ol' drip....maybe the carto filler is killing it for me?

motorcycle laws vary from state to state, i think here in california the passenger, no matter what the age has to be able to have both feet on the passenger foot pegs (and a helmet).....95mph is not legal anywhere in the united states.....with/without a passenger of any age.....or while shooting cell video LOL

so yesterday i got a wild hair at around 3pm and tore up the backyard (10'x10' ish)...."roto-tilled" it by hand with a shovel and a rake....(a lot of water and muscle was involved to soften this socal desert dirt LOL)..went to home depot and got starter soil and seed...i hope to see some grass blades in a week or so! it is taking everything within me to not keep looking...like it is going to grow overnight? LMAO

oh yeah and i have a gallon of PG and a gallon of VG arriving today....which i kind of regret purchasing since i am not loving anything LOL
