Thanks, never have had a problem quitting, just that the meds I was given to replace the booze either didn't work or had serious side effects, so I went back to booze.
But 20 plus years of that has taken a toll on my body. Guess I've had pancreatitis for a few months now from it. Ended up in the hospital for four days to get it cleared up. So now I've got to find a new way to slow my brain down, but the booze will kill me next time.

So far I feel better than I have in months! But sleep still alluded me again last night, too much crap rattling around in my head. I'll see if day two goes better.

Sometimes our minds are like misbehaving lil children. Hate it when I'm so tired I can barely hold my head up, then get in the bed and my mind jumps all over the playground. Hope you find relief soon, Sawlight.
