If it is not to late and they have one available - IMHO - Ya' should get a Zenith also . . . Both use the same coils (personally I use 1.2 & 1.6 coils which last "Me" approximately 90 days or more before cleaning since I use Unflavored Nic w/Koolada) . . . Oh & BTW: If clouds are of a concern as they are for "Me" remember to lower or close the Air-Flow holes . . . Should also cut back on the use of e-liquid - IMHO - Zlide goes through a lot more e-liquid then Zenith . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

.

Thanks for the info, yeah someone else told me about the 1.6 coils, think i found a spanish website that has those in stocks.
Wish i could get a another atomizer but just upgraded my pc so im low on funds at the moment, hopefully in the near future ill be able to start getting some more vape gear.

cheers

When funds are better for you - Wondering if you can order e-cig/vape supplies from England/China or another country near Spain ? Or are you limited to only buying in your country ? Or does shipping cost too much ?

Yeah the costs for only the coils would go up a bit.
For now im ok thou, got the 2 that come with the atom and another one i ordered from the same site.
ill have enough until i can get some 1.6 from somewhere, still dont know if that is the one ill be ordering since i havent tried it yet.

Hopefully ill get my delivery soon so i can give a try,e-liquid ran out today and had to buy some overpriced stuff from the local tabaco shop hehe.

In the future i do want to give salts a try,but for now im just keeping it simple, head is packed with all the info i need for my pops, doctor visits,Dialysis trips, blood tests etc etc,im way to stressed to have to worry about trying out new stuff.

safe distance from a black hole
Ive been using my first 1.2 coil for 10 days now.
I like it!
Im using it on a fixed voltage mod at 3.5v, so about 10w. Using a blackberry menthol juice.
I have a berserker1.5 mini with a 1.2 ohm coil on a mod that is the same and also using the same juice. The berserker mini really does do a better job with the menthol hit and flavour but the 1.2Zcoil is not terrible, the flavour is just not as defined, not as punchy(menthol hit)
Once this coil dies I will try another but move onto unflavoured and run it along side a zenith 1.6 and see if I get the same longevity. But right now Im pretty happy with the airflow and 10 days in it still seems to be performing alright. It does seem to go through juice faster than a 1.6 Zcoil, but thats only from memory and not side by side comparison.
I only got the 1.2 because they would work on the fixed voltage mod.

Makes me think of another tank I ran 1.2 coils in, for me, I found that it also was using more eliquid but after time realized that I was using it far more than my other tanks because I loved that vape! Lol

So anyway, jinxed myself, coil died not long after posting the above. 2nd coil with unflavoured failed after about 8hrs. It never felt right from the start.
Just put the 3rd coil in and letting it sit for a bit.

Yikes, that's the same as my other 1.2 I mentioned. Hope you get it sorted. I gave up on my other one because I couldn't find feedback on troubleshooting.

    Somewhere between here and there
I know JC said that there were some bad ones she had gotten. I've been fortunate that I haven't had one bad one yet. I bought a lot of the 1.2 coils to stock up. I hope I don't run into a bad batch.

Again I'm averaging 14 days on one of the 1.6ohms.. This last one only lasted 11 days at 379 puffs. I'll see how this one goes.. Using almost nothing but Vapetasia Killer custard 24mg salt and 7daze Apple Juice of 30mg.

The last 3 of them I ran at 10 watts and never went up.. both lasted on average 14 days and that's pushing it.

    Update: My last 3 coils:

    New Zenith 1.6 ohm coil
    7 Daze Apple Juice
    3/16/20 to 3/24/20
    9 days 738 puffs

    New Zenith 1.6 ohm coil
    Vapetasia Killer Custard 24mg
    5/28/20 to 6/7/20
    11 days 359 puffs

    New Zenith 1.6 ohm coil
    7 Daze Apple Juice
    6/7/20 to 6/11/20
    4 days 463 puffs

I dunno about you guys but this is unacceptable and it sucks because I really like the tank. I'm literally going through 3 coils per 30ml of salt. I think I have just enough coils to finish the juice I have left.. I don't think I'll be buying anymore unless this last pack of 5 changes things for me, I really think I'm going to just try to do this cold turkey and stop vaping.

At this point in my vaping Journey, I've grown tired of putting any more money into this.. If this last pack I have of coils doesn't last.. well.. out the sunflowers seeds will come again! They seemed to help me quit smoking 3 times before (before vaping) and each time was 3 years apart. I'm just tired of spending...

We'll see how these last 5 go..

Yes - have had 1-2 coils bad right out of the box. However, once I took a chance and cleaned it, after it dried - I primed it with e-liquid - coil worked. . . Just Sayin' . . .

    ..
Interested in your cleaning technique. Ultrasonic? My 1.6's have been lasting for months using unflavored, but hey, why not try longer.... Lol

That may be the problem, from what I understand NIC Salts are very hard on coils . . . Most all the Zenith/Z-Coils I use last anywhere from 90+ days and can be cleaned to be used again, especially since I use unflavored NIC E-liquid . . . Maybe you should try the Innokin Pleaxus Z- Coils . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Yeah, I dont use nic salt with drop in coils, only in rta's. I get about 30ml out of a wick before I need to clean the coil and rewick using nic salts.
Zenith and other drop ins I use freebase and generally put about 120-150ml through them (4-6weeks)

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
At this point in my vaping Journey, I've grown tired of putting any more money into this.. I'm just tired of spending...

Unfortunately, if you use commercial juice and drop-in coils, your savings in vaping isn't going to be much or you will see no savings at all (depending on how much you smoked (chewed?).

The more you treat vaping like RYO, the less you spend. In other words, the more you are willing to "do", the more you will save. That means making your own juice and switching to rebuildables.

That said, if you don't want to make your own juice or use rebuoldables, you can make your factory coils last longer if you can find a commercial juice that is clear or almost clear in color and has very little to no sweetener in it in a flavor you can deal with.

Also, if what others are saying is true about nic salts (being harder on coils) then switching to non-salts juice would also help.

If this last pack I have of coils doesn't last.. well.. out the sunflowers seeds will come again!

If sunflower seeds work for you, then that's a great sign that your addiction to nicotine is minimal or even non-existent. Your main or only addiction may be to the act or to the oral fixation. So you may want to try 0mg up to 6mg juice to see how that goes for you, all the while looking for a clear to almost-clear, low sweetener juice that you can live with.

I start low with my zenith coils and once they start to get more restricted, I turn up the vape until I'm like "I cannot stand how hard I have to draw." I have never actually had one go bad flavor wise I just can't handle the lack of vapor and over a certain temperature, the vape is too hot for me.

Mine last forever, also. I think I have had coils I vaped hold up better and longer than the actual tank I broke. LOL.

This is very surprising to me, honestly--your Zenith coils are only good for 10 ml of eliquid? I don't vape commercial sweet juices any more (mostly very lightly flavored DIY or unflavored) and my coils last and last. I don't even clean them--just rinse them once in awhile under running water and let them air dry.

I don't see why salts should be harder on the coils. I have some salt eliquids but I use them in my pods and they don't seem to clog the coils.

Other than that, I agree with what others have said--it's the flavorings, sweeteners and other additives that are the worst coil cloggers. The cleaner the juice, the longer the coils last.
