Yes - have had 1-2 coils bad right out of the box. However, once I took a chance and cleaned it, after it dried - I primed it with e-liquid - coil worked. . . Just Sayin' . . . ..

I had one bad coil (came with the tank) and one coil that didn't last very long. Other than that, those Zenith coils are some of the best premade coils I've ever used (in my 10+ years of vaping).

I still can't decide whether I prefer the 1.6 or .8Ω coils. I like them both. Maybe .8Ω. The .5Ω are too much for me. Just my

I prefer the .8s. I don't notice a difference in flavor or longevity between them and the 1.6s, and I like having the option of being able to turn up the wattage a little more when I feel like it.

Then go with the 1.6. I have a bunch of those too. They work well and are very reliable.

Yeah, I think I like the .8Ω just a bit better than the 1.6. But it's still a close call. I like your point about being able to turn up the wattage a little more.

Hmm... I have two boxes of 1.2s somewhere, but I remember reading some negative comments about them early on and, frankly, I pretty much gave up on them. I'll give them another try for sure. Thanks, guys.

I know, $15 for a 5-pack is twice what I paid at FT. But only one of my packages made it to my house (from Chinese New Year sales). The other one, Aegis Solo that shipped separately, got lost forever. And that was way before Covid.

YEP - Kinda hard too . . . While I have a few different Z-Coils, including the Plexus (.05/.08 which I don't like & need to get rid of) - I use both 1.2 & 1.6 Z-Coils (No sub-ohm or high wattage for "Me") . . . BTW: As Ya' know the best time to purchase a larger quantity is during a sale and July 4th is just around the corner . . . OH YEA - Remember to double check the prices, some vendors are still listing the coils for Zlide /Zenith at different & higher prices - yet they send Z-coils (newer version) anyway . . . During a sale - the Zlide were $4.74 per box and Zenith were $7.74 per box with the discount . . . However, as you can see, I learned the hard way - was over charged $30+ for the same coil (They refused to refund the difference, just offered credit instead) . . . Just Sayin' . . .
