Figured I'd post this here before anywhere else. Would give you all the first chance to get more while they're still available.

KangerWholesaleUSA has the Z-coils in quantity again. The box shown on the website still shows the original Zenith Replacement coils box, but it IS the newer Z-coils that you'll receive, in the new boxes. They're $6.10/box for the 0.8ohm (295 boxes still available) and for the 1.6ohm (312 boxes still available). The 0.5ohm Plexus ones (339 boxes available) are $9 + change per box.

Innokin Zenith Replacement Coil - 5PK

Info for those who haven't ordered from them before:

They're located in South Florida and many of us have been buying from them for several years.

Anyone can buy from them, not just wholesalers.

You need to set up an account in order to see the prices on their website and/or to place an order.

Their S/H is a minimum of $9.99, with...free S/H kicking in at $75.

They ship fast, usually the same day if you order by 4PM ET.

You may want to browse their Vape Deals section while there. They've got a good variety of other coils, tanks, RBAs, etc., some for really cheap prices! I always choose to sort the items shown, from low price to high price.

Anyone rebuild these? I try to rebuild every type of coil I have. My biggest problem is finding the strips of cotton. I can only get them in kits.
Ive rewicked, recoiled the zenith coil heads. Fiddly and takes a few practice runs to become consistent with it.
Is it worth it? No! Not at all. But its handy to know how to rebuild all drop in coils -----Im not sure why though.
It would be more worthwhile to just buy a dedicated MTL RTA, something like a GeekVape Ammit MTL RTA that doesnt leak or a doggystyle, or anything, rather than try to rewick a zenith coil.

I've been using the Zlide and Zenith tanks for about a month now, strictly with the 1.6 coils. I want to switch it up and try the .8 coil. I've found a real good vape with the 1.6 at 10-11 watts. For people who use the .8 coils, what wattage do you find is best?

I know that some posts in this thread have probably covered this subject. But this is page 102 of the thread and I just don't have the motivation or patience right now to go through the entire thread.

I like .8Ω coils ~12-15 watts tops and with plenty of airflow.

How to determine your sweet spot? I always check the manufacturer recommended wattage for any given coil and start lower than the lowest number--especially if it's a brand new coil I'm not familiar with, in this case, 15 - 18W. Then go up if/as needed. I rarely go as high as the top number.

I started it at 11 watts and have pushed it up now to about 13 1/2. Seems to be doing pretty well at that range.

    Somewhere between here and there
I'm looking for any and all RBA coils for these tanks and pod systems. I just ordered the VooPoo Vinci Air and a couple RBA coils and pods for it. Looks like a nice set up.

I've never seen an rba for the zenith. With as many after market ones that are out there for different tanks I have to wonder why no one has made one for the zenith.

Let us know ow you like that RBA. I watched a video and it looks like a PITA to build. But i probably should grab one or two for my Vinci X.

If only... But, it's so not. I don't like the mesh coils either and refuse to try the 1.2 coils because well, I am stocked for life on the 1.6s.

An RBA would be interesting, IDK. I don't think the Zenith is remotely like the Ares 1 or 2 honestly. It is super not GREAT unlike the Zenith I guess you can't win them all and I still say the Zenith is THE drop in tank of 2019.
