Really want one of these Mods, that Video was super cool, the Mod looks like flavor vaper heaven, I have to have one !

As of now we have decided on 5 Betas for testing purposes.
If anyone would like to be considered for a Beta Tester once the time comes,

Full Name
Address
Phone Number
Skype information (If you have it. If not it is highly recommended)
General availability for discussion time if needed (via Skype)
Mod/PV List
Time Vaping

Do you currently own a Juice Fed mod?
How many flavors do you cycle through per day?
Do you currently own a Variable Voltage Mod?
What is/are your "Sweet Spot(s)" or preferred voltage(s)?
How many mods do you rotate through per day?
Do you consider yourself capable of providing concise and detailed feedback?
Which is/are your atomizer(s) of choice, and why?
What would you consider to be a "small" mod?
What would you consider to be a "large" mod?
Are you willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if you are selected?
Upon completion of testing would you be willing to provide a written or video review?
Are you currently or in the past have you been involved in Beta testing for another mod?
The answers to all of these are important.
