@badkolo - Do you have any plans on getting higher resistance versions of the Nano in the future? I may go ahead and try some 1.8ohm Nanos and just turn my twist all the way down. My sweetspot is ~6W.

@Harplayr - How would you compare the Evod to a T3 or mini T3? Exactly the same draw/airyness? I have read that the draw is tighter on the Evods. I have 6 on order and I'm apprehensive about them after being disappointed by extreme airyness of the mini T3s, even with a hole plugged.

I put some fruit vape in mine and strapped it to my Stingray auto. 1.8 just awesome on my autos.
No disappointment in the flavor but I'm not digging the exclusive trip dip.
I love to use my collection of DT the Phoenix lets me do this though the Phoenix lack color :(

love the feel of the nano, not the fill.
This thing just has too much room for juice taken from it.
Even .5 gone is just too much gone for me.

Took an auto out for a 2 hour drive around town. And I had to fill again half way trough.
I will not have the patience for this wile gaming...
All and all I think I too will stay with the Phoenix.

Nanos cute just not for me.

I haven't tried the Mini, so I can't comment on that except that I expect similar performance to the T3 with a slightly warmer vape due to the shorter tube length. The biggest advantage to the mini for me is that it uses the same base assembly as its bigger brother.

I'm just blown away by the EVOD. It does have a tighter draw than my T3's but I woldn't classify it as "tight". For me it's just about right but others may want a tighter or looser draw.

Performance has been exceptional. It doesn't whistle or gurgle, produceses massive vapor with accurate flavor, easy to fill, easy to clean and dry burn, has needed no tweaking, no leaks...it just does what it's supposed to do and does it at a really good price point. As I'm just in my first week with it, I don't know how it will hold up, but I expect it to hold up very well.

wait im sorry
i thought i was replying in a different thread for different unit

fill these up, let them soak a minute or 2 becuase of how these are designed, then place on battery and take a few dry pulls without firing, the juice needs to soak alot inside, then vape on it, it will break in and that taste will go away once its all working properly, you ownt need to deal with that again, until you try to clean and refill from scratch, but once they work you can refill many times and they will continue to work well.

i read some places they said to wash them out first and i would suggest that for the sake of doing it, a few were just fine, i had one with off taste, i washed it and all good
I'll give that a try before my next fill.
Other than that (and it is minor in my case) these things vape great.

I would agree, after a tank, the flavour does improve dramatically (as the package says) and the acrid taste goes away (thank goodness). Vapour production is awesome. Does not leak as far as I can tell and works great with almost everything I have (spinner, my diy passthrough etc) though my 510 auto batteries seem to cut out at a half-charge (they are awful anyway).

for those wondering - get through that first tank and you're golden.

Also, i realize i'm posting in the GotVapes forum, and I do apologize as I bought mine from a Canadian vendor. Still, your advice and discussion have been invaluable so thank you!

I'm on my 4th tank and it's still there. I'm going to soak it and rinse it out to see if that helps. I don't think I can take these apart like the Phoenix to do a more thourough cleaning.

@fatcharlie like your avatar, from the stereolab album Peng! right?

Yes it is Blaufisch, thanks.

I did not perform the dry pulls after filling, but I think I may let them soak in some PGA, then rinse, and try again. In the future are you going to get higher resistance Nanos Badkolo?

Got a single of these just to give it a whirl and am quite pleased. Excellent design and performance at a nice price.
I did get the nasty primer taste at first. Doing the "dry pull" method (do not cover the end) until you see some bubbles in the juice worked to get these flowing. The primer taste went away after a few pulls. These would be great for a uberslim device or ego type.

Using at 8.5W, in the 9s starts getting a bit on the warm side for my comfort. I feel like I might be pushing it a bit hard.

@badkolo - (and everyone).

How does the Nano Clearomizer compare to the Sapphire 2012 v4 Bud Atomizer? I'm most concerned with any leaking problems, but from what I've read, neither has a problem with leaking. I'm next concerned with taste, and the ability to handle thick 100% VG. And my last concern is while the Bud holds 50% more it doesn't look as well constructed as the Saphire.

Any thoughts appreciated!

If they keep up their quality these are simply some of the BEST clearos out there. I vape them along with the T4's almost exclusively. As far as performance with a heavy VG I cannot be sure of that as I vape our own blends which are 70/30. If anyone wants to chime in love to hear from you. Also yes, do a dry pull or two with each fill. I have experienced exactly ZERO leaking/sliming problems with these...we try to carry only the 1.8ohm version which works perfectly...

We have a very large restock coming in in all colors...
