I have v1, would like the new design bottom cap but I don't have any CE2s left so I'd have to wreck my last one to swap parts... it costs me as much in shipping as it does for a 5 pack of CE2s, so I'm just waiting for now.
I'd rather have the SS version in a mini anyway.

Now that your post is not on strike the shipping should be more reasonable. I will Pm you to see what we can do about the problem you are having with your tank.

This is the aluminum, the stainless steel ones are still a few days off. The Pyrex should be ready to test in a couple of days and if they pass testing production will be started by Friday.

You hit a home run with the new bottom cap design, your tank is now damn near perfect and is the best tank out there bar none!!!! I too would like to get a few of those O-rings for back up. Great Great Job boss!!!

Your site looks great Jonah! Congratulations! I have a few questions for you. First of all, are you going to be getting the E2's in SS instead of black? Since most are being used in tanks now, I would think most people don't want to bother removing the black covering. Also, are they revision 5 with the thick wicks? When do you anticipate getting your eliquid stocked? That's about it. I'm looking forward to your Pyrex tanks as well as SS version.

I want to tell my story to everyone about how you made one of your first Torpedo Tank customers super loyal. Your business practice is second to none and I want everyone to know that. I work in a business where if you dont give "PERFECT" customer service you will get fired. You can have the best "numbers" and be great at managing a team, but if your Customer service scores are bad that will get you launched. The way you handled not just my situation, but others with the same problem was amazing. You didnt make false promises. You didnt chase money. I bet you actually had to spend money to make me happy. I bugged you with what I believe to be stupid questions that I probably could have read through the thread to get the answers on, and you replied promptly. Because of the way you treated me as a customer I decided not to send back the old tank bottom. The reason was, because I wanted you to keep my $15.00. So you can check me off your list. I'm not sending it back even though I wont be using it. Lol....seriously jonah, I KNOW YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.

Ps. - I am not a fan boy. In a day where customer service is gone, and the customer comes last, Jonah proved that its not all gone away. I have no specific loyalty to Jonah. I am not even endorsing the product, just the customer service.
