Hi there, I pre-ordered two Ithakas but unfortunately I received only one in my package that was sealed, I emailed Vassilis twice but I understand that he is very busy so I decided to ask about it here. I understand that there's a lot of scammer on Internet and I would never abuse of e-guru customer service or anything, what can I do?
The Ithaka is awesome as expected, and I knew I had to have two of them...
I only have #5238.

Ithakas are enroute to COV. They shipped out from Greece a week ago and still has to pass customs. Just a bit more patience.

What's currently available on the site are the "real" ones, as the batch that Imeo produced contained more pieces than has been pre-ordered.
