i just loaded a button top trustfire 18350 into it and it started firing on it own with the switch locked, so pleasee be careful not to over tighten the telescoping part or you may get a constant firing. =/ that's a little dangerous.
I notice that K100 can use unprotected IMRs
I need a fuse for this right? Or, is there a fuse that comes with this installed?

just got mine a few days ago. While it might not look the prettiest with all my stuff it hits harder then my natural and sigelei right out the box without modding. +1
Been digging this k100, solid device for the price. Hits pretty damn hard stock, I haven't bothered sanding it yet but I will eventually. Been rocking it with rda's, mostly an igo l. 4 stands of peaches n creme cotton with a 4 wrap of 30 awg. comes out about .8. Really nice vape
got my second k100 and i removed the sleeve on it and swapped the switch with my sigelei #19. i kind of like it 
it does sit a little bit higher though. heres a comparison shot of the modded and unmodded k100 in 18350 mode.
it looks like a big difference in the pic after i posted it, but side by side, the difference is around 1/4 of an inch.
the modded version sits at 3 inches while the non-modded sits at 2.75 inches

any tips on removing the sleeve? I've tried some of the methods suggested with no luck at all in getting it to budge.
Can you use an EVOD as a topper on a K100?

I see now Fasttech sells the K101 as a single unit, not as a kit.

ordered mine a few days ago, got 18350, 18500, and 18650 batteries and a good charger and a kick clone. Can't wait! Thinking I might sand it and plasti-dip it when finish starts to wear since I have an extra can from doing car wheels. Best part is it peels right off if I screw it up.
just got mine, put in an 18650, same thing, constant firing right off the bat, started getting hot or I wouldn't have noticed. Thanks for the heads up

MY wife cracks up that I have a $60 tank on a $23 mech, but I don't mind at all.
So just got my k101 and it amazing! But wondering why it hits so much harder than my ego twist turned all the way up to 4.8 volts? Is it because the batteries have a higher amp limit? I got nic overdose in like 10 hits with my rba haha!
