i am happy with the less fragile acrylic tank. However I am noticing I may be tightening my battery tube is cutting into the little black flat piece under the tank. I feel this could be potentially detrimental to my pv is that correct?

Also I tried the burn only on my mesh and then heated up the coil after I put it on by activating the connection and dropping a few drops of fresh juice on the glowing coil to help cheat stylie break it in. it tastes amazing. if it starts to gunk up alot or lose flavor instead of making a new wick and coil I am going to try the rinse method I heard of that way I don't lose my setup. Does anyone have any good tips about when rinsing the tank out there is always a few pesky drops of water residual stuck in the corners that my syringe won't reach and my tenticles can't get it either. how'd ya do it?>??

I flick the drops out as well as I can and then just fill it up.

tip for cleaning coil gunk...
Fire the coils till the gunk turns to ash then while the coil is still glowing hot rinse under cold water. Dry lightly with a paper towel and repeat till everything is clean. Dry again and do a turn and burn to start the wicking again. It will be fantastic. You will have a fully broken in and fresh clean coil and wick. Flavor and vapor are AMAZING after doing this. Trust me, I have been doing this for a very long time with fantastic results every time.

You know it's time to finally replace the wick when this stops working.

You can replace the wick without needing to replace the coil if you wrapped the coil properly. If everything is right, you should be able to remove and replace the wick without breaking the coil at all. My coils tend to last a very long time, through at least 2 wick changes ;)
