I tried that already .... 
Maybe some shrink tube around the area where the button gets stuck could work? (instead of grind down the threads)
If it does not work, you can always remove the shirnk tube and try Scott's button-screw fix.
Can somebody explain or guide me on what the differences are between V1, V2 and V3, thxs!

Finally.......got a v3 katana on the way. I'm so excited.....anyone know where to look for a walkthru for installing the magnets in the switch?
Its pretty easy, u basically just unscrew it, throw in the magnets and put it back together.
Hey guys, V3 owner, currently running @ 8 watts and having some issues with vapor production. Air hole is aligned properly, wick is solid 400 mesh as mac suggested on his video not touching bottom of tank. Using 65/35 pg/vg. Any tips?
I have been looking at different batteries for my Katana.I for the Panasonic Li-ion NCR18650A , Panasonic CGR18650CH and Panasonic CGR18650CH 18650.Does any one have any experience with these batts?
I use the IMR's, they are GREAT, one of best the batts out there according to many experts!

Jebus everybody is having trouble with the air hole you can make the hole bigger by drilling a hole 1/16 drill bit just be careful that should be efficient if it's no you can go 5/64 next size higher but it get very airrryyyy be careful. i did my with 5/64 and it rocks and also if everything is rockin the way it should be u can take shorter dragsss

OUCH!!!!!!! Why would you sell your GGTS, I always said it and i will say it again even if i stop vaping and never touch cigggsss again i will never sell my GGTS, i will put it on my mantel and look at it everyday the work of art
I believe the threads on the batt tube is different the top caps and the post may be different my great buddy rwechlser has a v2 and i have a v3 and our top caps are different sizes

The black AW IC 2600mAh flat tops are about as good as you can do....I think I read about a 3200mAh? somewhere....but not sure if it was protected
3100 is protected, AW and Panasonic both. The Panasonic I get from Calliescustoms, awesome battery!!
