I pulled my KF apart to clean and dry fire. Been on the same wick and coil for a week. The o-ring "4c" in picture popped out when I removed the top of the chimney and was swelled so bad that I can not get it back in place in the groove. (I use a cinnamon red hots based juice but this type of thing hasn't happened before).

Where can I get replacement o-rings? The KFL is rendered useless without this o-ring.

My LITE came with the xtra o-ring bag. I vape grenada, and noticed after 2-3 days that o-ring will swell, fluid will start running out the air intake. I have been rotating threw 2 o-rings. Let the swollen one sit out a few days & mine shrunk back to original size. A few days ago, i was looking for a fix to that darn "4c"... I have some protank coil parts sitting here. THERE IT IS!! The cover that holds the wicks on a protank coil is a perfect fit. I have been testing it 2 days now & it is still holding up. The part in the protank, let me take a picture.
tooth pick pointing at the seal i pulled from protank coil, used as the upper o-ring on my test LITE.

I unfortunately don't have a protank to cannibalize. My spare parts bag came with 3 fill screws and 4 tank o-rings, the spare plastic tank has 2 more tank o-rings. None of the small ones. Once I find out what size it is I will try to order online in small bulk. Thanks for the tip though.

I've had pretty good luck in the past with Ace Hardware for finding parts, when I've been in a bind. Take your top cap and chamber cap with you, and see if they can match up the o ring. They should have a selection of metric o rings.

Just make sure it's silicon and not rubber

OMG! I finally got to order a KFL!

I was on the intaste.de notify list last month, but was fishing offshore when they sent the notice. Apparently they only send one notice, then remove you from the list. So, I simply hit the various vendors from time to time and intaste had it in stock today! I hit refresh just to be certain, then added to cart and went straight to checkout.

Wierd thing is it would only accept a Visa credit card even though it had icons for MC and AEX - I don't have a Visa card. Fortunately they take PayPal. No confirmation from intaste yet, but PP sent the dough minutes ago.

I had about given up on this and got in on a preorder for the Russian 91%. I suspect the Kayfun will get here sooner :)

Anybody know if those 3.0/3.1 clear tanks (extenders?) will fit on a KFL?

[Edit] I think I just saw the answer to that in post #1776. Just caught up with the thread.

I totally agree that a properly set up genny is hard to beat. I never bought the kayfun thinking it was going to be the end all. it is good and like donnah said, its nice to not have to worry so much about leaking. if I was to rate the flavor and vapor production from a genesis, it would be like an 8, the kayfun, a 7, but overall I do like the kayfun, I like it a lot. now that I have the build down, I find it way easier to set-up then a genesis also. now a genesis with porous ceramic, now that's a 9.

I just placed my first order for the KFL. I really like my Gennies and RDAs, too. I only have the AGA-T2 and RSST genisis RBAs and I'm curious whether any of you (with AGAs) have tried them with a reduced chamber cap? If so, does that push it up another notch? How does it compare with the Kayfuns?

I have a reduced chamber cap and it is a lot better than a stock aga. I don't think the kfl vapes better than my gennys but it does Vapes just as good and I can lay it on its side with no fears of leaking

OK then - off to Captivape with the last of this month's vape budget :)

No leaky is exactly the thing that lured me into wanting a KFL. I do OK with the gennies when using a bamboo skewer in the fill hole (no screw driver required), but I'm still looking for improvements - especially since my PVs are always tipping over on the boat.

A question, somebody with cone original Svoemesto has happened this?
    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...g-provari-hurts-my-atomizer-photo-inside.html

    Thanks!! :)

From what I'm gathering, this person is claiming the ProRing for covering the cone of the Provari when mounting a Kayfun is "hurting" the atomizer..

I own a ProRing for mounting my KFL atop my Provari, and I have zero "harmful" issues to neither the Kayfun nor the Provari.

Honestly, the only negative produced from using the ring to mount a KFL to a ProV is the inability to flush-mount. The ring is 1mm? too short to allow this kind of common desire.
