Are you filling from the top or the bottom? Mine occasionally leaks when I fill from the top, but if you cover and release your finger in the correct order it usually isn't a problem. I've never had a leak when I fill from the bottom through the screw hole.
Bottom fill so far. I'm gonna give it 24 hrs and see if any seeping occurs.

I thought at first that my KFL was leaking from the air screw, because whenever I removed it from the mod, there was a layer of liquid on the bottom of the KFL, and on top of the mod. I purchased a hybrid kit, and observed that I no longer had any seepage from the bottom of the KFL. I concluded that what I thought was a leak from the air screw was merely condensation of vapor that had come out of the side airhole and collected in that teeny gap between the atty and top cap. I no longer worry about it...just wipe it off...

After a deep vape, I get quite a long vapor stream out of the side airhole. Makes sense that might cause a buildup of condensation.

I had that until I taught myself to let off on the switch and still inhale clearing out the last of the vapor as the coil cooled down. No more condensation issues after that.

The v2 version of the Kayfun Lite Plus not only has an o-ring, but I also think that think they have increased the size of the fill screw, and it is now also counter-sunk deeper in the base.

No leaks at all, and it is now very easy to fill with the standard plastic tips that most juice bottles come with ... no need for one of those needle type fill tips on the juice bottles.

Much better design than before ...

This is my first Kayfun, so had nothing really to compare it to. But yes, it's counter-sunk very well. Not much to complain about when it comes to the Kayfun Lite Plus, other than PBusardo's complaint that you shouldn't need a screwdriver to refill the tank. I agree.

If you look into the hole for the screw and the countersunk area around it do you see anything odd? Left over flashing from the machining process, some foreign object or material lodged in there, maybe a gouge or some other type of damage? When you install the screw how tight do you usually snug it down? If you look closely do you see any damage on the o-ring itself?

My second KFL V2 came with a hard piece of green plastic in the bottom of the air flow adjustment screw chamber....took 2 hours to dig it out without damaging the threads....doh.....called Vaperev and asked if anyone else has called that received an extra goodie in thier device....I was the only lucky one they heard of yet...emailed SvoёMesto but they never answered....
