I ordered me a kayfun Lite Plus today and really excited! But I know that I will be having to use the stainless steel tank sometimes with some of my juices. But how in the heck do you fill it up without seeing the juice level?

Also how are the threads on this? I will add that it is the clone from Ehpro...I didn't want to make a full leap till I knew I liked it.

Thanks!

I have an ehpro v2 and authentic v1
My ehpro is my all day, go to atty. I honestly like it more than the authentic. The parts are interchangeable also. Build quality is excellent!
My biggest concern was the build quality and threading; when it came in, it was better than I expected. Probably going to order another actually. I'm even tempted to sell my authentic and just keep using these.
If you are using a corrosive juice; you can get a quartz kit for it. The quarts kit lets you change the tank out for a Pyrex glass tank. It almost looks like an mtank to me

Now I've to figure out what build I should put in it ;) I have nearly done it all ~ thinking > should I try something new/different - or stick with one of my trusted setups ~ thinking!

I had wondered about this; the pics you all post, the coils look so tidy, so straight and neat and every wrap touching... I can't imagine how you all get them so perfect. Mine look nothing like that, even when brand spanking new, but they seem to work.
AndriaD, when you're done wrapping around the drill bit, what's next?

Here's what I'd be doing, perhaps this'll get you nicer coils.
I'd slip the coil off the drill bit. Put it between the end of a pair of tweezers, gently press the coils together, torch with my lighter until the coils all glow dull red. If done right, the coils should now be touching naturally. Slide this back onto the drill bit. Lay the bit directly across the deck, right over the airflow hole, legs coming from the bottom of the coil. Wrap each leg around the appropriate screw, clockwise in direction. Tighten screws, being firm but not attempting to squeeze the wire, ie not crazy tight. Wiggle, move or adjust the drill bit as necessary to get the coil centered between the screws and evenly across the deck. Slide out bit and wick with cotton.

If you have a set of metal tweezers, they're awesome for coil squeezing :) And a whole lot easier to wield than the needle nose pliers. I usually keep them
Right next to the coil while firing and give it a quick squeeze right after I release the button.

I've tried tweezers... I've tried hemostats... I've tried needle-nose pliers. The problem isn't really the tool, the problem is my shaking hands and faulty depth perception (and extremely poor up-close vision, even with reading glasses and a helping-hands magnifier). I think I just need to get something I can hold the coil with, WHILE it's firing, as that's the only way I'm going to be able to get there in time to make the wire do anything before it cools again.

But oh well.. the coils work, even if they're not pretty. Guess I should be grateful and not worry about aesthetics. And I've found a shop online that has the ceramic tip tweezers for $14, which is by far the best price I've seen.

The quartz kit is pretty similar for 30 dollars instead of 40

These are life savers in the lab; it's called a "third hand" and I know they are cheaper on eBay like maybe 6 or 7 bucks

Yes I've got one exactly like that. The magnifier is useful; the alligator clips aren't really strong enough to hold anything, like holding a mod in place.

Andria

Not the mod but you can use the clips to hold the coil together while you torch it. Or one hold the deck by the 510 pin and another the coil in place.
Might need a little creativity but I find the clips to be string enough to be pretty useful when I have access to all my tools.

So... after 5+ years of vaping and using 801 fusions for the past 3 years... I finally took the plunge and got a Kayfun lite... the newest one at my local B+M the other day - and I LOVE IT! It really changes my whole vaping experience...

So, I bought another one yesterday at Vaperev's sale for about $30 less than at my B+M...

Does anyone own a zillion of these things?

I am looking forward to reading though these posts and learning some tweaks and tricks.

Lol I've seen some people who have upwards of 10 or more. Hopefully I'll get to that point; I have three and they all get used at some point during the day.
