I went through ecigexpress without any problems. I have them on the list as Unknown. They may be using some invisible form or verification and I pass. If you don't pass you know it.

I just made a test purchase at Ecig.com and they did NOT ask for DOB and Last 4 of SSN this time. We'll see if I get an email asking for some personal ID.
These test purchases are going to bankrupt me.
I also thank you for your hard work. If I can make a test purchase or two to alleviate some of your pain, let me know. I can always find something to buy!

From what I'm reading in the US Code regarding age verification, the shops that are relying on a checkbox stating you're of age are going to be in for a very rude awakening.

"To comply with these new laws, all of our new and existing customers must fill out the form below. Alternatively a mailing service which requires adult ID verification upon delivery (increases shipping costs) can also be arranged."
The form requires you to upload a copy of your driver's license. If you don't, you get an error msg. I don't know how to do the "Alternate" and they don't say, so I backed out of the order. I got the info I wanted.

Hope customers are giving feedback to the vendors.

ribbon and clapton. I might be able to get the ribbon locally but not sure which size the local shop carries. I can get clapton locally but not in the gauges I picked at lightning. I will have to shop around for ribbon other places, let me know if you find some. I can live without clapton as I have some pre-coiled clapton on the slow boat and I am leaning more and more towards twisted ss316l lately.Would it be ribbon wire? That's what I had. I can't find it anywhere, even on ebay.
vaporlounge .com is shipping with adult signature required. I assume the full cost is paid by the customer as the shipping rate has about doubled. Just have to time the order right so I am home when it arrives.
