I wouldn't order a single thing from any vaping site that asks me for a copy of anything, including license, passport, whatever.

I remember ordering a few things from a Chinese site a while back (non vape related), and the order was for around $20, and they asked me for a copy of my passport.

Fat chance.

When you, in the USA, do an Online Transaction with a Retailer who is Located in China, and the product you are purchasing is Located in China, where did the Transaction occur? In China or in the USA?

If the Transaction occurred in China, under Who's or What Authority would a Chinese Retailer be required to do Age Verification?

And if they Don't do Age Verification, who Exactly is going to be Blocking Internet Traffic on USA Servers?

Unless you are buying the product in China and having it delivered in China, then yes I'd expect USA authorities to stick their beaks into your transaction. In most US states, the transaction is considered in whole from the order to delivery, not in parts. I wouldn't expect any less from the likes of China or the EU. I suppose to find out what sort of restrictions or regulations exist or are enforced within their borders, someone from those places would have to answer.

I haven't had but one vendor verify ID. Apparently they did it through my CC vendor. I didn't have to do anything to prove my age at the time.

I use Paypal to insert a layer of security between my CC and the vendor. So far, that's worked without a glitch.

The only time I've had an issue was when I used my CC at Target. By the time I got home the bank texted me to call them and caught me a minute after on my home phone. They caught and backed out three attempts that went through the card and over-nighted a new card to me.
