I wonder what would happen if you didn't supply either of the optional ID's. :/

Thanks MikeE. Added to the list as Unknown.

No way of knowing unless someone else tries it. If I remember correctly ... their 'site' said I won't have to do it again once I have a verified account.

The 'Burgh, PA.
I think that this could very well be the problem some people are having. If this happens, try your order again with different info say, use Richard instead of Rick, or WA instead of Wa or 1234 Hateallthis St instead of 1234 Hateallthis st etc.... If all else fails, you can always call the vendor and ask what's up or ask for Sig Del.

Had an interesting experience with MFS (as a previous customer)...

Signed in => filled cart => Check-Out => got an "Age Verification" screen...

Because of posts in this thread => searched for my wallet => pulled out my PA DL => entered Name/Address obsessively exactly as on DL (there were some differences...like the gubmint thinks Bunkerhill is two words) => DENIED...

When same screen reloaded...

Gave up...tried entering N/A my usual way...LastPass Form Fill Profile => ACCEPTED...

Go figure...

..

Yes, this is a real problem and very frustrating. I use my real name on all important docs like DL, mortgage, buying guns or getting a permit etc but on CC I use my real name on one and my nickname on another. Since we don't know which docs they are looking at, we don't know which name to use. I guess we'll just have to do what you did and try both.

In the clouds
Verde Valley Vapes - Bluecheck.

I jumped through all the hoops because I am desperately seeking a new e-liquid vendor

I've used the same vendor ordering the same juice for over 5 years and now their site is down and not secure:unsure: Sigh...

Hey D. Thanks for posting. VVV is on the list but why do you say they are not secure? I ran them through SSL Labs and got a grade of A then Sucuri and it passed.

I think she is saying that the shop she has been buying from for 5 years is no longer secure or is closed up so is buying from VVV now because they are secure.

I found out today that someone got my credit card number and made a $467.00 purchase. My bank caught it and asked me if it was legit, which it wasn't so they terminated my card. This was the card that I used for all my ecig purchases. I last used this card before I heard about SSL Labs. I have no idea which site was hacked but I will be checking SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) from now on before I buy. What's really scary is I typed in SSL Labs, 2 very popular ecig sites and they got a grade of "F". So please, check the sites you buy from so what happened to me won't happen to you. There's no guarantee, but SSL Labs is a good place to start. I feel an A or B is acceptable, C is risky and F means...well I can't say that word here. ;)
I got an F for Sweet-Vapes. That hurt me to my heart! I've been a customer for the past 3 years. I'm not gonna flee tho- I figure if something were going to happen it would've happened by now #KnockOnWood

And if the supplier contacts us complaining about a user (which has happened in the past), the user will be told to stop. Under no circumstance will the company be led to believe that we have an official position.
Does this mean any supplier or just registered ECF suppliers?

Yeah, I saw that. :( There are so many more hackers these days and I've have to replace so many credit cards that I won't take a chance on an F site. I'm tired of the inconvenience these thieves have caused me AND my bank.
