Clyde, do you know if the Chalice is going to ship with any extra wire/wick/mesh, or will it just be the unit? Will it at least come with a wick/coil in place?

Only speculation, but he does sell the Infinity with extra prerolled wick/wire, and usually sets it up with a SR coil.
Awesome, thanks. Hopefully that'll be the case with the Chalice as well - I'm fighting the urge to load up on supplies beforehand, but really want to wait until I have one in my hands and try it with the 'factory' configuration first.
Can i assume that when the chalice is ready it will be shipping from cloud 9 ? so when ready I can just order extra wick and coil from him at the same time or will there be a north america distributor ?
Unknown. My gut feeling is that they will release it themselves if possible, but no matter who sells it you should be able to buy mark precoiled wick and wire.

I've been following the Mark-T thread since you announced the Chalice, but wasn't aware it was similar to the Bulli. I'll read that one as well.

Video?!? Oh, no to the hell power! Lack of time, lack of equipment, lack of skill and a face made for radio!
Coming up on the end of week 3 of the same ss mesh and coil setup. Debating on seeing how long it will last, (dry burn doesn't seem to affect ss mesh like it does with silica wicks*) or to redo it prior to a 15 hour car trip this weekend to pick up my kids for summer visitation**. Genesis/Zenesis users report ss mesh can take up to a month of heavy vaping, and the Chalice doesn't rely on the wick to suck juice from the tank iike a straw as those mods. Could throw in a boge carto in a vape bag along with spare batteries and juice for the drive.
On the other hand, recoiling would allow me to use the led lighted head mounted 10x magnifier I just got at harbor freight. Really helpful for the over 40, bifocal wearing, silver around the temples crowd.
*Though it does look VILE after this much heavy vaping. I'm understanding now how attys can fail through extended use.
**The ex-box is offering to meet me at the St. Louis arch instead of Effingham, Ill. That'll save me three hours driving, but I'm nervous since I've never actually been to the arch itself. Is it possible for someone to be thrown off the top of it?
I guess for now I'll just empty and clean my juice bottle today before I refill it and see how it performs. Like the old carlos juice box, the dirty wick is darkening my juice awfully quick. If everything else remains the same, it's an annoyance I can deal with.

Even though we would love a video, I am glad for the update. This thread has been relatively quiet and I was getting worried that folks were losing interest in the Chalice. I for one am super excited and even though I've recently started thinking about getting into Genesis type mods, I realize now that what I really want/need is a VV Grand with a rebuildable atty, and the Chalice fits the bill perfectly. I'm still hoping that come the next few weeks we will see the release of the VV Grand with the Chalice soon to follow. I have a feeling those two combined will keep me a happy vaper for the foreseeable future, and hopefully satisfy my need to keep buying new STUFF.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. If the thread gets quiet, it probably means that I'm still contentedly vaping on this combo. Posting will mean I've discovered something new about it, or if I'm having a problem with it.

Clyde do you think these would work on a VV woodville? I'm just trying to figure out if the chalice would fit inside the raised catch cup.
He said it fits perfectly inside a Woodvil catch cup in the first post, which is great because that's exactly where mine is gonna go. Can't wait for these to hit the street, I already have a pile of cash set aside for it!
