Well,

we estimated how many users would use a belt clip, vs how many would not. Then we chose. Also, this thread ( and others in other places ) function as our surveys - so i dont get what youre saying? I do think we _are_ one of the companies that does research, and basically all our products are based on customer request.

Ofcourse some things, design specifically, is a matter of taste and as such it means that we do have to get out a mix of our own style, as well as what we think people like.

But in the end, its impossible to please everyone - and i honestly dont believe anyone should try doing that - i am ofcourse sorry that you feel you need the belt clip option so much; but maybe the next item we put out will be 120% what you wanted, and then someone else might feel overlooked.

I felt like this was a fairly open process overall. In fact, I had commented previously somewhere in this thread that I appreciated being included in the process through this thread. Not sure how much more could realistically be done in order to incorporate customer feedback into the design. I am not very knowledgeable about the process of product development in general or what is the absolute ideal, but I was satisfied with this process.

I haved mixed emotions on this case. I like the idea, the look of it and the storage capacity. I'm not sure about the size though. It just seems a bit too large for my "get me through my workday" needs. At the moment I use a Zippo lighter tin that holds a spare battery, atty, 2 cartomisers and 2 3ml bottles. It fits in my pocket comfortably.

If the price is low enough, I'd buy one just to have it.

I love the button cover. My prefernce is for the first one you showed and would definately buy a couple.

As for the belt clip, anyone can buy one to add to it for just a couple dollars and about 3 minutes with a screwdriver.

I guess for me, buying the case will depend entirely on the price.

When the eGO and Tornado first came on the scene, I pointed out that they are not mods (most folks then described them as such), but perhaps should be categorized with e-cigars because of their appearance. It was on another forum and I was hooted down (as only that forum can do), so I came up with a unique category: The Fat Batts. I acknowledged that there was only one model in the category, but predicted that others would follow. NostradamusDaBoomVape here!
