I agree, that's proven to be stressful for me as well. The customer service is pretty sweet though.

I'm headed over to Shanghai for the weekend, anyone know if there are any physical stores selling Janty products there? I'm hoping there is, I know we've got at least 2 here in Seoul (South Korea).... more toys!
Only problem I have... is I haven't gotten my package yet! Strangely, I got my second order (the one I placed the day after the first) already... *cry* I want that USB battery.

I was wondering if this could be possible one day. It seems like a cheap add-on to the regular cones. I would like a lanyard version of the EGo/Tornado and this is what i came up with. Weld the holes on the sides of the cone. Now i could see some problems with bringing it up to your lips because of the position of the holes, but as long as the string is thin it should work alright. Putting it on the cone also allows you to take off. If Janty put them on the cones there wouldn't need to be any expensive battery modifications. Just a thought.

The Korean prices are just insane, 37k won (about 30-35USD) for 20ml? 40k won (35-38USD) for a basic atty? Only the starter set is priced at about the same as the US ones... thank god for APO addresses.

Just in case you didnt know, the Riva and the Janty eGo are not identical. The Riva is a cheap knockoff - and design wise, it looks nothing like the eGo. Take some closer looks - im sure you can google pictures. The Janty eGo was carefully designed to look, and feel great - the Riva is someone who eyeballed the approximate design, and just flung it out.
But, the choice is yours ofcourse..

I see where youre coming from, but to be honest - 80 bucks is not alot for a quality item that replaces a habit that costs way more. Besides, saving money ( by for instance buying a knockoff ) sometimes end up costing more
