I am starting to think I picked the wrong company to do deal with. The website is not designed well at all. Almost everything is out of stock ! They said they would ship my eGo set today and there was no shipping confirmation at all. I am concerned and am starting to think that I should have went elsewhere if Janty is having so many problems. I really dislike the fact that thier website is so user unfriendly . I am a sucker for believing the B.S.

Skot, shoot them an email. I've had nothing but outstanding service from them. Ethan is a stand up guy and he aims to please. I know that they were out of atty's and it said on there site that they would ship out on Feb 2nd. Just check with them and see if they got there shipment of attys in, that's all they were lacking for the eGo sets. Just call or email or user there contact us thingy on there site and I'm sure they will get back to you asap. I personally think there site is user friendly, it's easy to go straight to what you want to look at. Hope this helps you a lil.

This was on another thread today. This is why your eGo hasn't shipped and will by Thursday the latest.

"Hey everyone. I've just gotten word that the eGo sets will be shipping from China this evening. This would get them here by tomorrow or Thursday most likely. As soon as we have them we will ship them IMMEDIATELY to those who have pre-ordered.

I apologize that we're going to miss our target by a few days but the factory is completely bogged down in preparation for the Chinese New Year. All pre-orders for the 2/2 ship date will be sent out first. We have another batch arriving later in the week which will allow us to put additional eGo sets up on the site with immediate shipping. Additionally, we will have a limited amount of automatic eGo sets for those of you that are not fond of the manual button. These also will be available later in the week.

We do have a small supply of batteries and atomizer covers available on the site right now. This may work out for some of you that already have eGo sets or atomizers and are ready to go.

I'll keep everyone posted on the status. Mik and I will check back here to answer any questions. You can also email me directly at info@jantyusa.com .

My recollection is that Ethan is out of the office for a few days reviewing for the LSAT, and poor Jeff gets stuck dealing with us. ;)

Well from my experience, if it's true that Ethan is lawer-ing up on us, then that IS the reason things are slow.

I give it a day once he's back before everything is up to date, ship shape and current.

I'm sorry your experience has been so frustrating. I can only attest to my positive experience with customer service when delays or problems were encountered with quick replacement of items or extra goodies for delays. The eGo is definitely worth waiting for, my preorder delivery also was pushed back. It was frustrating but understandable considering the product was newly developed.

Regarding the web design...perception or ease of use is based on individual opinion. I had a little bit of difficulty navigating parts of the old design and the new design took a while to get used to. I love the "open a ticket" option to report problems. Have you opened a ticket on the website?

I remember there was a bit of a glitch with reported supplies of the eGo and actual sets on hand. This leads to confusion. Normally a confirmation of the order is sent and the shipping info is sent later. JantyUSA is closed on weekends. How were you notified/promised the eGo would ship out today?

Perhaps you can contact the company via helpdesk@jantyusa.com or orders@jantyusa.com and find out what is going on with your order. I hope all works out with you but I'm confident Ethan/Jeff will make all your worries disappear. :D Ruth Ann

Hello all :)!

I'm currently a VK user but am wanting to try out the Janty eGo. I see that they should be in stock today or tomorrow I think so I hope these couple of questions can be answered before they run out!

Question #1: Do the cartridges burn? That's a big concern for me using the VK.

Question #2: How is the e-Liquid fed to the atomizer? I don't know how the cartridges actually work 8-o.

Thanks in advance for any and all answers. Also, any other tid-bits of information would be appreciated, I have never used a 3 piece model before but I'm very curious!

It is true, I'm out of the office until next Monday and Jeff is handling all emails until that point. He will be getting back to those who email, so I'm not much help this week; however, I will pass word to him that there are indeed some pressing emails. Skot, if you'd like, shoot me a PM or email me directly at Ethan@jantyusa.com and I can bring your concerns to the attention of Jeff. I go through hundreds of emails a day and have developed a pretty efficient system of doing so, Jeff, has pretty much been thrown to the lions ;) but I can assure you that he is doing his best to get back to each and every email.

Just thought I'd jump in for some clarification. Back to the books :(

Hey there, yes, it's true, we have listed the eGo sets as being out of stock until ALL pre-ordered eGo sets are shipped out. We are expecting another large batch of eGo sets to come in very soon, so please bear with us. Blame Mik, the designer, for making such a good device, these things are hard to keep in stock!

If you haven't already, I suggest signing up for the "notify me" option for the eGo sets on the website. As soon as more eGo sets become available for sale, you will be immediately notified via email.

I agree....Mik and Ethan SUCK, but waiting for the eGo does ROCK! Wait, I think that came out wrong backwards...

Seriously though folks, I can assure you that we want to get these units out to you as badly as you want to receive them. As Bella said, it is MOST DEFINITELY worth the wait.

I apologize for the delay and hope that you all understand how much we appreciate your patience in the matter.

Hey Jeff/Ethan!

Sorry to be a total PIA, but just curious if the eGo shipment came in from China as expected?

I have an order that I placed back when the website was showing "Shipping Feb 2nd" Did that get me in with the pre orders?

Ever since I had to send my review ego on to the next reviewer, I am just lost! I think Im actually having some "Ego withdrawals"!

As much as I love my JS, its just not cutting it after the Ego experience!!!

Working a flight from the states to Norway next week, and Im hoping to have an ego as a travel companion! :p
