I hesitated somewhat when originally considering this post but hopefully most here will agree that public forums are for the exchange of experiences both
good and bad and it is in this spirit I present to you my recent travails with Janty USA...
When I originally ordered my Ego kit a few weeks ago, it arrived without an atomizer. I have since seen no other reports of such an occurrence, so let us mark this down to my own personal bad luck or should I say bad karma

Whatever the cause, I opened a case and response was a little slow but fully supportive and an atomizer was sent out a short time later.
A week or so later, I placed a new order for liquid and carts. Order arrived only to discover the wrong flavor carts were shipped. Order was for 50 carts so it seemed worthwhile to open a case and explore possible solutions. Response was noticeably slower this time but once again very supportive. A mutually acceptable solution was subsequently achieved by agreement to cross-ship return of incorrect carts by me and correct carts by Janty USA.
The Janty USA helpdesk is down at the moment so I have been communicating with them via direct email. And so it was by direct email I received word yesterday morning that Janty had once again sent the wrong carts - this time they sent classic instead of dura/ego. Kudos to Janty USA for notifying me of this mistake before the order had even arrived but I still cannot help but be a little concerned about what at this point can only be described a series of ongoing issues. And, although I was told to expect a status update yesterday, to date I have no further information on the resolution of this latest problem...
So, them's the facts and truth be told right now poor Theopold is not a very happy camper in terms of doing business with Janty USA! However, in closing please allow me to clearly state that most people on this forum have nothing but praise for their orders with Janty USA and Janty customer service so bear this in mind when reading of my own recent experiences. Additionally, please also allow me to say that while response time appears to be slowing and in my case mistakes are mounting, the individuals I am dealing with at Janty USA give every indication of being honest, supportive and sincere in their past and present attempts to solve these various problems.
