I think those are the same ones Janty sells. Battery manufactures lie about the mAh rating. The true capacity is probably under 300mAh since the unprotected Ultrafire has been tested at 305mAh.

I believe I've stated before that every time I'm ready to order I frantically flip back and forth to the different sites to make sure something even better is not right around the corner.
I'm currently torn between the V3 stick and the ego but the built in passthrough on the stick may make this one the one to go for.
For some reason I don't see the stick (the v3 version) on the Janty usa site can you tell me where it is for sale and how to get the H-G price match?

The stick will be on the JantyUSA site shortly - hopefully at the beginning of next week. As for the choice between the V3 and the eGo its a matter of preference.
yes the V3 has USB charging, but the eGo lasts almost twice as long on a single charge - so question really is: what atomizer would you like the most / and what design is your thing!

Going by that criteria i should get the ego, i have a pile of 510 attys laying about the house and i like the overall style better. Btw, have you heard of any plans for a charging case for the ego?
I realize that maybe the whole point of the ego is to not have to buy something like that but one of my favorite things about the 510 lineup is the pcc.
I guess when it comes down to it I can get some sort of case that will hold my stuff while on the go but i can't get over how slick the 510 pcc is and how much i would like to see an ego version.

I do know what you mean, but i strongly advice you to try out the eGo first - i mean, i personally get around 14+ hours consistently on mine - and i really did think i was a heavy vaper. Now - even if you only get say 8 hours - then two batteries = 16 hours - thats 16 hours of VAPING, not of carrying it around and not using it alot. I doubt you will find a situation where you feel the need to use a PCC for charging it - and even if you do, then in the total 16 hours you have with 2x batteries, you should be able to find 1.5 hours near a socket outlet to charge one of the batteries again.
But, - i know that we are working on a universal PCC - however its not something we are ready to discuss further, and its not something that will be released anytime soon - its pretty complex!

I just happen to love the integrated feel of the 510 pcc as opposed to say buying a dart case or something to hold my gear in while on the go.
This is something that product useability-wise is a complete non-issue except for my personal preference in how cool my little black charging case is.
i like the draw better from a puresmoker passthrough. the draw on my janty stick is really like sucking air through a straw. so if you dont know how to draw correctly the thing actually sucks. my draw is hit button and barely draw air, cutoff hits inhale and cough. so you can actually use the device and get good hits, but theres a learning curve. anyone know if the puresmoker protege or prodigy has a nice tight air draw just like their passthrough does? the tight air draw from the passthrough gives it more of a similar experience as a analogue draw is.....

Which version of the stick are you using? The V2 draw is much firmer than the V1 (they sealed up the bottom some). Also, it has a lot to do with the atty. Some atty's just have more airflow than others, different number of air holes etc. The Janty and TW 801 attys are fairly firm, about what I remember from analogs.
then they must have sent me a v1. i ordered straight from janty. it came packaged in only the cloth sack. the screw on the battery isnt a phillips, its a flat head screw. all the videos i see of v2 they hvae a phillips screw head. do you know what their return policy is, id rather just go through dietsmokes and get the v3. i ordered my stick on 12/31/09 =( few days before v3 booooooo. the atomiser i use has tight draws on the puresmoker passthrough. they janty atomiser that came with the stick has same weak air draw to it as well....

This sounds very weird.
It does sound like your Jantystick has a problem - and to my knowledge from what you are describing id say its possibly the battery that is to blame - some of the batteries due to their low cost, are really not good - which will give out too low power for the JS to work properly = thus creating the sucking air through a straw effect.
I know that on the V2 and V3's i have here, its almost impossible to hit the cutoff point due to the tight and immense vapor being produced - so.. it does sound like you should either send in your JS and have it looked at, or try another battery.
im glad to hear that they are supposed to have a tighter air draw to it. i hope their return policy is pretty no haggle. anyone have comments on that?

If you mean our return policy, then providing your JS is within the warranty range, it should not be a problem.
Ofcourse if you bought your JS from somewhere else than Janty World - HOME - Janty World, then your return policy and warranty issues lie with them and not us.

i just recieved it in the mail yesterday and i did in deed order direct from janty- if other battery produces same result id be willing just to swap out with a v3 directly through janty if they would allow that. also another confusing thing is- arent they supposed to come with an external ac charger, cuase mine did not. that was another redflag when i started uppackaging it..
Well i do believe the JS comes without external charger - this is something you order on the side, but other than that i will check up on it for you.
