Yeah I've been trying to get one of these for a week or so. Guess I'll just get a engraved bf and wait on an afc cap.

They have recovered from the holiday but are 8 hours ahead of us. Shipping was $17.50ero. I just ordered another one. Can't have too many spares right. Plus I'm curious to see how long it takes this time. My last order got hung up because they were actually out of the fusion drip tips. They were backed up for the holiday's but they're finished playing catch up now. We'll see how it goes.

It is pretty cool Xobe. I think when vapers hang around with Reo owners it's bound to happen. I had three vapers at my house this weekend, two with Egos, one a tubesteak and rda. Two will be Reo owners soon!

I know I had to convert to a reo. Seemed like the only logical choice to me. And man am I happy about it. The only time I have used anything else is when I rebuild. I should just sell the provari so I can use a second reo while I rebuild lol. Thanks guys for showing us the light!

Good morning all. Been a while since I posted.
A couple of my rm2's were on the low side for me. 1.0 ohms. Rebuilt all 4 and each and every one turned out at 1.4-1.6 ohms. Perfect for this old man. I've come to the conclusion I can't handle low ohms let alone sub ohms.

I know I posted in the other micro coil thread, but I am just so happy!
So it FINALLY arrived, USPS fault not Rob's. They haven't been delivering mail in my area because of bad weather lately. First impressions of the Grand are: Freaking Awesome!!!
I threw a coil on it as fast as I could just to get it vaping. I didn't take ant pictures of the coil before I wicked it, I will remember to next time. Did 12 wraps with 28N (first time trying nichrome I usually use 28K) around a 1/16 bit. Came out to 1.1ohms. I am going to do probably 9 wraps next time. It is vaping like a champ though and it is really easy to learn how to squonk. I do have to press harder on the bottle than I thought it would be, but I'm not complaining.
Edit: Sorry, I can't get any better pictures, this Iphone 4 really sucks at them.
One more edit: Photos really don't do the copper vain justice at all. It looks really awesome, esp in the sunlight. I already know with my next one I want an all copper vain Grand (will be a month or so while waiting on funds)

Congrats and Welcome to Reoville. Very nice looking coil. I found I wanted to press too hard when I started and that less pressure for a little longer works great.
Thanks, I am happy to finally be a Reonaut! I've only had it a couple of hours and I already have the Reo sickness!
I will never use my tube mods again other than to check batteries, resistance, and to test new flavors for my diy.
I already want a milled down all copper vein grand with unmilled Rm2, and possibly a mini 2.1 in an undetermined color.
On a side note does anyone have any recommendations for a better battery charger? Mine only has .5A charging rate and I am sick of waiting 9+ hours for my 18650's to recharge(and I throw them on at 3.6-3.7v).
I was eying the i4 intellicharger, unless there is something better.

I've got a copper vein 2.1. Using an 18490. I agree. No picture will ever do this mod the justice it deserves. Mines called Hurricane Along with lil B, and Poke. Congrats. The coil looked great to me. If you get Super X approval then you did really good.
Btw I found most of the bottles have a soft spot. So now I make sure that soft spot faces the opening. Makes it a lot easier.

Got it on first try 13 wraps around 14ga. needle 28 ga. kanthal round wire, organic cotton wick 1.8 ohm dry went to 1.9 wet
1.12 ohm
Edit: darn ohms didn't show in the picture
it is though! Lol 9 wrap of 28 on 1/16 bit.... Than cotton wicked ( that xc132 is kind of a pita lol)
i use this mostly since my wife an i use mainly 18650s. It's 1A a channel and the battery sliders are great, really smooth. I prefer it over my VP1.
