Yea - I think the logo is counterfietting. Even if the original buyer knows it, a secondary buyer might not. There's a lot of questions which kayfun's are orig or not in the classies. The orig Russians and FUhatten's were done right. Own branding and some changes in design. A different evolutionary track. The Siegeli Zmax was considered a 'provari clone' when it first came out. Pbsurado did apx a 15 min rant even though it was very different in function (VV/VW, OLED, etc). Kinda funny now. A lot of what's said from mod makers make the customer wrong. Truth is most clone buyers would never have bought the orig. Lost sales is in their imagination. They couldn't keep up with demand anyway.
My issue with tanks is the genuines are costing a small fortune and there is no support or service. My parts were genuine from reliable vendors (none of which will take an atty back for anything other than DOA). Yet a half price clone vendor will. That's a big failure. It's not all about price. My first genuine ego kit ($80) died 24 hours after the store would accept return for a replacement (14 days). I could have had better protection by buying a clone.
I've seen MHM stand behind their tips, repairing breakge. No questions. Not all dt makers do that even using the same acrylic. That means a lot to me.
BTW; Logos can be trademerked but style can't be like a purse style can't be patented, nor can the style of a mod. A metal tube is not innovative enough. That's why Nike, Gucci, LV, etc put their logo all over everything. Anyone can copy a "style" and it's 100% legal. But branding is different. It's reputation. joyetech will not allow their products to be sold with any others (like a rba) or it's consicered "diluting their brand".
I'm chatty tonight. I think I'm avoiding the laundry. Ugh.

I didn't know whether to be mad or flattered. Mostly mad. It was a poorly made tip.
Doug has a dozen in the works for me to play with and I can hardly wait.
