Yep got it and love it! Also the skin for the istick 30 fits really well. One question though. Is there anyway to turn off the display of the MVP 3 while its firing? The MVP 2 never did that.

you know, I don't think that is an option

I don't have one yet, but all reviews i've watched
never seen anyone do so...

only real difference added was
ability to 'flip' screen display...

I had to look up Tervuren (didn't know what it was)

sorry to hear :(

My avatar is Tasha, my other Terv. Great dogs!

Wish I could have gone to Vape Con Tampa instead of being stuck working in West Palm Beach. Tampa is actually closer to home and my son lives there. Oh well, guess it's better to eat than spend $ on vape gear. (did I really say that?)

the T3S coil is a SINGLE coil (not bdc)

only difference between the T3S & bcc coil is the “flange plate”
View attachment 416272

there is a ‘lip’ inside the T3S tank which requires the smaller diameter flange...

early on I discovered this and the smaller T3S coil fit in all my EVODs/Protanks
so I only bought T3S coils (evod coil WON’T fit in a T3S tank)

:)

note: do not confuse the newer T3'D (bdc)
against the old T3S (bcc)
jus sayin'

I'd like to add to this detailed description that the T3S coils can also be used in dual coil kanger tanks by stacking the chimney gasket from one head onto that of another. This creates enough of a seal that one gets no leaking or gurgling. Just a tip!

looks like the CERO uses (2) coils aspire bdc/bvc and kangers bdc (not bcc)

but the ‘peak-o-mizer’ has a spring loaded center pin (again uni tank) that
will allow (3) coil designs - kanger bcc, bdc and aspire bdc/bvc

single coil baby ! that’s where it’s at ! (super simplicity)

Thanx Puf...you are the "T3S Pro"!

At a MFS "50% OFF Coils Sale" I loaded up on T3S coils (that was before the Nautilus BVC's...which I'm now "moving over" to...hit the scene).

I like the T3S tanks...but they're only 3ml....and I feel that I'm filling them (like the one Nauty Mini I have) constantly.

So...I guess my "T3S-Using-Tank-Larger-Than-3ml." search continues...

Modify the T3S coil for use in a dual coil tank and use an Aerotank Mega? 3.8 ml capacity, glass, airflow control...

Interestingly the last T3S and MT3S tanks (starting last summer)I got no longer have that lip.
While the MT3Ses are clones from FT, the T3Ses are supposed to be genuine.

I searched back in August trying to find more on when the change happened, but no luck.

A local shop that opened last Feb has only ever had the new style, and doesn't have coils that fit the old style.

ya know I ‘noticed’ those anyvapes toppers and just
kinda glanced and moved on...

seems taking hints from the kanger UNI tank (top fill)
then of course the “DAVIDE” put them on the map (which is a copy of ProTank)

looks like the CERO uses (2) coils aspire bdc/bvc and kangers bdc (not bcc)

but the ‘peak-o-mizer’ has a spring loaded center pin (again uni tank) that
will allow (3) coil designs - kanger bcc, bdc and aspire bdc/bvc

if you line all the coils up, they look like this (I’m making up the acutal numbers)
-kanger bcc single 2mm height
-kanger bdc dual 4mm height
-aspire bdc/bvc 6mm height
so not close, but THREE different coil height dimensions...

guess the ‘spring loaded’ do-dad allows top fill and universal coil fitment
from my experience with the unitank, anything similair SCARES me
and then the price !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (who they kidding)

yepper, it is very strange that kanger held on to the ‘lone wolf’ coil
for so long (why not make all small flanged?)■weird they would all of a sudden
after all this time make a change…
I discovered the SMOK RBC (evod style) and it works so good, very cheap,
all my kanger bcc coils fit - so I stopped messing with the kanger bcc tanks■
I liked some of the kanger bdc tanks which also has air flow, but just DON’T like
the dual coil set up■ so I converted the bdc to bcc and use them that way sometimes
then I made an adapter piece to able the bcc coil to fit into the bdc tank- meh

------------------------------------

I also have some NON authentic T3S/MT3S tanks without that inner lip
and I liked them a lot■ have not heard of genuine T3S/MT3S with no lip…
guess I don’t care anymore■ times are-a-changing…

I have done this both ways

•take the bdc (dual coil) and re-wrap them in a single mode...

•then also made a 'spacer' from tubing, slipped it over the bcc (single) coil
and it made up the space inside do the single bcc coil now works

bcc to bdc spacer 2.jpg

I can't see adding one silicone cup being enuff to fill/seal gap
but if it works then that is great !

I have just returned to the single coil tanks and that is about
all I use anymore and very happy with them...

So while I was at a convention yesterday I picked up
a Tugboat V2 clone by Tobecco for $10 and the verdict is...

The MVP 3 is great for dripping with a dual parallel .5 ohm build :D

sounds pretty cool ! :thumb:

so were you at this convention , by chance ?

big Phil B. was there...

haha, awhile back reading a post someone said:
save money on vape gear, eat more/better food
was their life motto...

had me rollin (can't remember who, what, where)

:2c:

scrambling around these several posts talking the old T3S coils
made me think about my old FAV set up (which I still use)
I was VERY HOT with my mini T3S on my Kanger EVOD 650 mah (non VV)
had the EVOD kit (2-650/2 evod tanks) battery putting out regulated 3.7v
and came with 2.5Ω coils – a lousy match set-up (like 5W)

then I started figuring it out and came across 1.8Ω coils
(remember when there was the ‘little’ evod coils & the ‘big’ protank coils)

WOW, what a DIFF ! (at that time also found out about T3S coil size)
I ordered my spanking new MVP and a mini T3S and the 1.8Ω coils
well how could it get any better than this…

so as a jester of good faith, I just re wicked my 1.5Ω coil in my
mini T3S, fill with fresh juice and screwed it on my old EVOD 650mah/3.7v
sweet pleasure, small compact steathy & puts out small thick tastey clouds

shoulda stuck with that and would be hundreds of dollars ahead of the game…
this is STILL a killer deal (especially for beginners)
- Kanger EVOD Starter Kit - Blue - Rock Bottom Vapes

ain’t vaping great !

I do much the same thing. BDC are fine, but I find that a rebuild to a larger single coil in a BDC head usually performs better and gives me better flavor. Still, I have all of these BCC heads floating around... :)

Even from your picture, it doesn't look like there's much of a difference between your spacer and a chimney cup. (Shrug) It works, what can I say? :)

The Anytime Peakomizer is really very solid (SS), it's made very well, come with an extra glass tank and I expect it to last a long time. It's dependable and with the right coil the flavor is great and select the air flow that you want for the vape. I find the Kanger single coils 1.80 gives me the best flavor. I been so often thought of ordering a few more as I see they are selling for around 16.00 now. I tried to see if I could get the Mini RBA in it but the RBA is to big for it due to then metal cross bar in the Peakomizer tank. So instead I'm going to get another Kanger Mini Subtank as I cheap (yes!) and don't want to buy many coils.would rather just rebuild.
