so I am trying to set my wife up (a brutal vapor’er)
with a sleek, stealth, higher power vape…

anyone know if they have “upgraded” the istick 20w yet or is
that just discontinued/gone due to the 30w launch…?

I gonna spring for a MVP 3.0 here soon and want to ‘upgrade’ her gear also...

a few deals on the SVD 2.0 around so, with the quality & price, I am debating
getting one for the wife unit… (they are pretty big tho…) (and have batteries)

other choices are iTaste CLK 1280, EVOD mega, eGrip, eCom Mega 20w...

she is not big on box-mods, but might end up with an istick 30/leather case

then I’ll need a “steel” tank to replace the glass on a Subtank
wondering if any of those will be out anytime soon ?? (I've not seen any yet)

it's always something (ain't this fun)

:p

:2c:

well that didn’t take long...

KANGER has already discontinued the original Subtank (25mm / 6ml)
and now has the ~ SubTank PLUS (25mm / 7ml)

looks like they fix’d the RBA section, you don’t have to switch the top anymore

- Kanger SUBTANK-PLUS clearomizer – KangerTech

what a beast of a tank !

I'm really liking the 7ml tank.

But then I need to get a device that doesn't look stupid with a 25mm tank on top of it lol.

Applied the lessons learned from developing the mini. Uses the same RBA insert a the mini for commonality.
The airflow control on the base is like the mini too.

It's what the sub-tank should have been from day one, but they rushed to market.

Now, if only they'd tweak the nano so that the mini's RBA could be used in it.
The mini is still bigger than I like.

PBusardo did a review of the KBox. I was interested in it but, after thinking about it more, I don't think I'd like it. Skip to about 12:30 for the start of the review. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWrDjhySRJ0

I did some testing for a local vendor. The first one failed with a bad 510 connection. It is not a spring pin but a copper plate with spring attached. The second one was OK. Such as it is not a bad beginner mod. I just think for a few dollars more you can get much more. Even with it's teething problems the Cloupor Mini is a better choice and the MVP 20w and the Sigelei 30w.

Kanger has got you covered with the K-box as long as you like 8-13-20-25-30-35-40 watts.:)

That's the thing, I don't like that it only has certain wattage settings.

But I do like the price...

I like/agree with what Busardo said, if KBOX had a spin dial
to adjust power (like an eGrip) it would be a runaway seller (peeps like simple+cheap)

no screen, no USB charge/passthru
just simple high power vaping on the cheap

makes me think of these;
- Smoktech Rocket VV/VW Mod

obviously WAY over-priced, but the same principal applies-simple (trouble free ?)

maybe a "KIT" with battery+charger+ohm meter (for $6 more) :D

both can do better, IMO

yepp, at least they are fine tunning it qwik…

& the name kinda bothers me too…
goes against conventional standards (industry wide)

•Subtank mega / 25mm (or Subtank Plus works)
•Subtank / 22mm
•Subtank mini / 18.5mm

just an ocd thing on my part, but then newbies get confused enuff
with the plethera of gear available…

guess the atlantis sales was killing them, and probably worried
somebody would ‘scoop’ them on the RBA in a clearo...

hurry hurry hurry hurry (haste makes waste)

sorry to hear nautilus is frustrating you
did you ever get your poor battery taken care of …??

maybe try one of these…
- Kangertech Subtank Mini 4.5ml Tank

:D

Last week I had some things in my house that I had to ship out of state. It took almost all of my time off to get this done, and I never did get to contact the vendor, and here I am back at work again. At the rate things are going, it looks like I may just lose out.
