turbo, yeah im gonna need all the links, ill order everything then send everything to you and the main guys so we can build our own, but br is misbahving so we will see about him.lol

turbo you need mightytape, you can cut it to size then stretch one layer on the e2, it will give you a seal yet still let you get the syringe over it.

i guess not but that will always hold it back, 10 different atty's and batt connectors isnt for the masses.

we need to get tubes for the tank, figure out how to make the top part where the wires come out of and so on.

the man is kind enough to let us make one for our personal use and they seem amazing and it would be a shame for us not to try it out.

Ok, let me know if you want them in a PM or here. I'm also pasting thread replies into a Word documentary for easy tracking ;) I did that w/ the PTB mods of days old too. Makes everything easier to find.

Thanks for the tape idea, I'll try that. I guess one could get 'mighty tape' at Lowes?

If only I can get my hands on some small amount of SS mesh and Kanthal!! Bad, could you spare me some, I will gladly reimburse you for it..lol

edit: Its always the shipping fees that keep me from buying. And if I do buy, I end up with tons of it which I dont need because of the shipping fees...lol

ok, ive gone thru about 100 pages of this thread and im kind of at a loss here...
ive got these ce2 carts for both my 510 and kr808.. i boiled them to get rid of the primer taste and dried them all out nicely. filled up 3 of them so far & have been vaping for the day ...
problem is, i cant shake the serious metallic taste im getting with each hit...

can anyone tell me whatam i doing wrong here?

You probably got the wrong ohms rating for your PV, my guess!

your using them at a higher volt then you should, yours might be alower ohm. if your using it at 3.7v then try 3.5 and below

Btw, they do make nichrome mesh, which would eliminate a bridge mesh and a coil,
what I did is I googled 'nichrome mesh'

This would be for a carto with no wick and no coil, just a real small, tiny mesh tube between one slit and the other, and optional ptb outside the cup.

Ok, I found one!
Here is a Michigan company that sells wire mesh and they have so many metals and alloys, and sizes. I haven't read the whole website yet, but it looks interesting:

we need a list of links where to get everything needed to replicate this G.
i also want to test the mesh on a e2 mod. with some playing around we can get that e2 coil vertical and get the mesh inside it to test.

i also seen the jacks before on some other guys mods, it is true plug and play and this raidy guy seems to know his electronics , so i wonder what the benefits are and why it isnt industry wide. (plug and play style)

the mod that used the rca jack was on the puck. I has the same threads as the 808 so you could screw an 808 carto on it with out having to buy from an e-cig supplyer

yes and yes.

some syringes have a bigger inside by just a tad. and i have one thats alot bigger but one end is a tad smaller so it fits snug on the e2 but leaves a bigger tank area and around the cup as well.

The 3 ml syringes marked “for single use only” fit the cut E2 tubes the best, cut them with a razor. The other 3ml syringes are made of a harder plastic and difficult to cut and fit over the E2 tubes but will work if boiled. No glue needed so far

Bad - I don't know how this SS mesh folds, but the superfine stuff might be flexible enough to use for a direct PTB-type mod. Some pages back (pre-genesis) people were wondering if the nylon PTB could run directly through the coil (getting rid of the existing wick altogether)... with the SS mesh this might be possible.

I use Terumo, 3ml brand and have never had to use any glue. One end is smaller than the other and I used to put the smaller end at the connector but now I use it on top so it will fit through my modded cone. The larger end still has never needed glue. Another little trick, if you have a sticker on the carto, remove it and leave the glue residue on it, helps it stick. I have about 8 of these and it's all I use now!

There is more than one outside diameter for the E2 cartomizer tube. The differences are very slight, but possibly enough for one to fit too tight, just right, or not quite tight enough when using them in various mods.

These slight differences also apply to the inside diameter. I have already stated that the ceramic cups have slight differences in their diameter. If a cup with a teeny tiny larger diameter is fitted inside a tube with a teeny tiny smaller diameter, the filler ring will be very tight.

I've also noticed a difference when removing the tube from the base fitting. Most are tight to very tight, but I removed one about a week ago that almost fell out. It would not have leaked because it was glued in place.

Now, before you begin screaming bloody murder about E2's with these inconsistencies, you should know that tubes have been this way all along. That's why some of our old hard mouthpieces were glued in place while others stayed in place without it. That's why soft ones work in all of them. It's also why some soft ones can go in too far if we are not careful.
