hey anyone? do we have any linkies to get syringes? I don't think you can buy any of the monoject, BD's, Terumos off a local drugstore shelf?

Yes you can, and they're just pennies a piece. They're not on the shelf, but you have to ask the cashier at the pharmacy. The 3ml fits the carto. Br or someone in Tx said the pharmacy does sell them. They're very widely available for the U.S. diabetes epidemic.

has anyone tried plugging up the air stem?
then you don't have to worry about the cup flooding,
get rid of the wick and just let a drop or two into the cup with the nichrome in it at a time?

I don't mean plug it though, what the air stem would do is simply return the excess juice back to the reservoir. That way the cup would only have a drop or two no matter what (the excess would go out the air stem), and the nichrome would vaporize it in the cup.

For air flow, you would have a 901 air hole slightly above the cup.

Is that because you were still within a weight cutoff or is the shipping free regardless?
It's because the shiping cost still falls in the $37 tier, yes.
The cartos are now such that you can do things like this and really save easily.
So.. 100 E2 xl cartos + 50ml juice + 50ml juice +50 ml juice + express mail shipping = about $150

That's an interesting idea. If using a bottle or tube mod, you could just give it a good shake to splash some juice on there. It'd be easier than dripping.

Right, or just tip it until the level reaches the cup,
that's why I said for the 901 air hole, you want it above the cup, between the mouthpiece and the cup
the silicone filler ring lets a drop or two in anyway, so that would be easy, the excess returns to the reservoir

in a case like this, an upside down cup might even work, just as long as the convoluted black nichrome got soaked

Are you playing around with that convoluted nichrome?
If so, where'd you get it?

Eat your heart out again bad. This one puts out more vapor than yours. Maybe even twice as much, heheh. I suppose you could call this one a twin E2. It's two coils in series, giving a total of about 6Ω. This means that each coil is working at about 3.7 volts, so it's safe to operate it at 7.4 volts. The vapor at this voltage goes beyond insane and it does not ruin the taste of my juice. However, about all this amounts to is bragging rights and I didn't put it together so that I could use up more juice.

The object of this experiment is to find out how bad the gunk buildup will be at a lower voltage. I am getting very good results at 4.2 volts, which means that each coil is working at about 2. 1 volts. I have no idea what the gunk buildup will be, but I plan to find out. This is about the lowest voltage that it will work. It doesn't do hardly anything at all on a 3.7 volt battery.

The additional coil and wicks are resting on the rim of the cup and the two coils do not touch each other. Nothing is holding them in place but the wires. It's all installed in a 3/4" diameter bottle.

Oh dear Lord! Somebody get Br out of the basement. He needs some fresh air.

Someone was asking about where to source the E2 R4s as far as good price goes...Vapor-ize.com (which seems to be OOS atm) has them @ 9.95 for XLs and 8.95 for the regulars with FREE fiirst class shipping. Last week they had a sale on them for 7.95 for the XL's w/ free shipping also then.

They are 2.5 ohm though...

(would anyone(s) be interested in placing an order with e-liquid?)

They may be trying to get rid of their outdated E2's so they can buy some later outdated E2's.

BR-

I've got to hand it to you. With the bottle/tube mods combined with the wick torching I am beyond content with these r4's. I just torched the guts of a tube that was on its way out (I tried it all to clean) and it's now once again as good as I could ever want. Plus that wick was so frayed and nasty and was held together at the slits with nothing but a prayer and a little dust. It's almost inconceivable, but torching those suckers eye-blinding white no matter the condition makes these r4's scream.
