So, how does everyone use their BF mods? Topside dual and drone aside, single cell limits and amp ratings have me a little worried I might be puhsing things a little hard at 0.18ohm at 80w or so...
I do single coil rda's with mine, I save the dual coil builds for a dual battery squonk.

I prefer dual coil setups, typically Clapton’s and use 20s’s or p26a’s for 18650’s or the 30T for 21700’s.

I have about 8 squonkers right now (2 that I won) I'm a bit embarrassed to post pictures because most are inexpensive but I'll hang out and drool too.

Have no shame, among my seven squonkers reside the likes of a clone REO, Kangertech Dripbox and a no-name unusually heavy mech squonker from FT. Once had perhaps the ultimate penny pinching wishful thinking squonker in the Smokeless Owl. A pot metal and plastic mech that looked as bad as it performed.

Not long ago the squonk market seemed to be either high end or garbage. Glad to see the sensible mid range segment filled in with good choices in mech and regulated models.

After splurging on the topside kit, I couldn't justify paying full price for 30Ts, but did pick up a fist full of the molicel 20700A 30A. They run a little warm when I chain vape, but I think that may be being radiated from the atty...

I use single coil RDAs only. I go by the one battery per coil rule, and only use single cell mech squonk mods. I run mostly .24 ohm fused claptons, and a couple .3 ohm fused claptons. I use Samsung 20S batteries in my 18650s, Samsung 30Ts for my 21700s, and Sanyo 2070Cs for 20700s.

I use a Profile with SSL16 mesh strip @ .15Ω on the Pico Squeeze 2 @ 60w.

I run single coil MTL RDAs, 0.8 - 1.0 ohms, on mech or unregulated devices --- this is what my batteries are thinking...

Heh, I have a bunch of Squonkers, they range from high end, mid range and low end... Right now I am using this little squonker, Frankenskull clone and a Oumier Wasp Nano.. $20.00 from Fasttech.

So I have a couple Inboxes, a Pulse 80w and 90w, COV Wraith, and an IMEX in rotation. I just pulled the trigger on a Drone 250C. I wanted a 20700 Vicious Ant, but didnt like what was available so I am waiting for the next run or if one pops up in the classified that I like.

I got impatient and had to try the DNA C board. I figure this way if I dont like the board I will not feel so bad (nor have to explain to the wife why I spent $400 + on a mod I am not using)

It should be here next week and I will post a pic of the family when it arrives

I'm right there with ya haha.My first sqounker was that smokeless owl,i loved that little mod and still have it.It was pretty ugly though with the patterns they put on them,so i covered mine with a carbon fiber wrap i made from Di-noc,actually looks pretty good even now. That no name heavy one is probably the same as my 2nd one i got,the Kui.Mine is chrome plated haha,i really liked that mod too,and same thing, still have it as well. Then the Reo clone, yep got it too,and used it for a long time,i still have it in my lunch bag as my emergency back up mod.Got the Drip box and the drip 160,but neither of those really excited me much,so they both sit on the shelf.
I've moved on to much nicer stuff now, still not the expensive stuff, but nicer haha, but those old cheap mods always hold a spot with me,because they are what got me started on sqounking,so i will never part with them.

I've not seen the smokeless owl before. After you guys mentioned it, I had to look it up. I kinda like the design of it, locking top fire with a sliding door and cheap enough to not worry about losing or breaking it. Looks like a good decent mod to take with you on a fishing trip, boating, or hiking. I use a squeezer for that purpose, but they both are about the same price and fill the same role.
