The site was easy to navigate, but i think maybe you should format and arrange the descriptions of the juice and other informational text, with less bold words, maybe bring the font size down some, and make the font with less variation in size. This would help the flow a little more and would make for a better appearance.

Was your order shipped in a timely manner?

All orders were shipped very quickly, and the fact that at even the hint of a a shipping problem. You were eager to want to help and see if there was anything you could do from your end to find out what happened. Is a huge + in this area.

Communication: How did we do?

The fact that you add a little touch to every order response, and the fact that you answer any and all questions promptly, with a friendly and honest answer even if it conflicts with a potential sale... I'd simply above and beyond.

If there were issues, did we resolve them promptly?

The issue with my frenilla order was handled and remediated quite promptly and was done in an extremely satisfactory manner.

The only way Clark could improve his customer service is to develop a bottle that re-orders itself automatically.

Word is.....that's the latest "classified" project in the works at Area 51.....!!;)
MY UNclassifed project for the day is shoveling wet cement (aka, snow/sleet/freezing rain combo)!!!:(
We were lucky..we "only" got about 6 inches of snow before the changeover....and the wind was JUST strong enough to keep the junk from piling up on tree limbs and power lines!!:)
