I am actually liking the Crius II more than the Nano and it comes in the rainbow from FT.
There are a couple of things I don't love about the Crius II - the top doesn't come up as easily as it does on the Nano for refilling and it is a bit tricky to reassemble compared to the Nano. IMO, the flavor is superior. Maybe it is all that airflow. I like it a lot. We shall see how I feel about it once I have made a coil and actually installed it myself. It looks super simple in the videos. I was super excited about the green DT (I am easily excited) but with my box of DTs, I was able to fix it up. LOL
Yes I saw that FT is offering the Crius ll in the rainbow, but don't like that it went from 7 days, back to preorder status with no arrival time- Don't like waiting a month or more for anything- too impatient for that!LOL! I might see if it finally comes into stock for Black Friday.
That is why I went for the Nano rainbow- in stock, on sale and in the US- Element Vape had 10% off and no charge shipping for their new site launch!
I think that the Ni80 coil is a big factor on the better flavor and FT does have Ni80 coil kits, I have one in my cart there along with this rainbow Crius. My Asvape Cobra tanks use the Ni80 coil and great flavor from those too!
I thought the Crius ll was easier to put together than my Engine, those little tabs can be tricky.
I think the fill top will start breaking in and get easier to open for filling, mine slides fairly easily.
It is a great tank, but for overall non leaking, I am looking forward to the Nano! I need an all day carry that won't leak ! I do get small leaking from the Crius ll occasionally.
Believe it or not I have been using my Nebox for my traveling gear, almost no leaks, very minor leaks for almost 2 years! Just that short battery life, I charge the 18650 in the device as that battery cap is horrible to get back on! It holds 10 mls of liquid too!
Hopefully my Minikin V2 and the Nano will be a better travel gear for me!
