I think this seems rather fitting note:

First: Bruce, The JGG has arrived mate

Second: I want to thank Bruce for outstanding service. Why? because the first one he sent went missing. Bruce was very quick to send out another and it arrived in record time. This level of service I consider to be outstanding. there was no talk of waiting no talk of anything really, just a "Right mate I will send another" and he was true to his word.

So thanks mate, I appreciate everything you have done to help me.

So as you can see this just demonstrates how good COV is and that they genuinely care about us.

There seems to be a mystery brewing here, I hope that it isn't serious. I find it odd that unless I missed it Imeo has not addressed this for his COV customers? He's posted shipping dates for other preorders that were being waited on in the past.

Is there anything to be concerned about this time Imeo? It would be a good time to pass on some info for your customers who are getting nervous.

Glad you got your JGG S8 thats awesome and THANKS for sharing how Bruce takes care of people.. For a seller to send out another straight away without 40 questions etc, etc - usuallly doesnt happen, but thats how Bruce is.

By the by, since this is your first GG, how you getting on with it.

I like Imeo will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. As soon as I get the product I will rush them out to you all. I am sorry for this and promise that this will not happen again.

The problem lies in the fact that Imeo needs to control the release dates of GG products in my opinion. Because Vasilis is in the same city as him he inevitably gets product before anyone else. Perhaps the solution here is to wait till all sellers have the product in hand then make a common release date around the world. That way no one feels let down or delayed in receiving a new GG produc

I've been waiting...and not complaining. This is my first post in this thread.

I see everyone across the pond where Imeo is, all have their V2's. I like reading everyone's experience and the tips they provide with having their new toy. I'm not nervous at all as to whether I'm gonna get one from COV. Overseas shipping can take time.

If I ever thought COV wasn't holding up their end of the bargain, I would just ask for my money back. But I know that's not the case.

I don't mind waiting since I have a V1 that takes care of me.

That makes total sense Dspin, Blinkin Heck, I am agreeing with you again But seriously If Imeo and EG are in the same city thats the same or next day delivery from Imeo and EG as apposed to 1.5 -2 weeks from Imeo to COV. it would help and avoid this

Bruce orders parts. Bruce pays for parts. Imeo ships the parts. If Vassilis has more parts than Bruce, it's because Vassilis pays for more parts than Bruce does. If Penelopes haven't been shipped, then Bruce didn't pay yet. If Bruce doesn't have parts yet, that's because he didn't pay for them yet. This is why there is no more UK seller.
In my book, it's business 101...yes, I'm defending Imeo on this one. He doesn't slight Bruce and favor Vassilis in ordering parts...IMHO.

D ~ I agree that once production of all preordred items are complete there should be coordination with Imeo and all sellers to try to get them shipped roughly the same time. But this can only be achieved when all sellers cooperate with Imeo and this is not what is happening now.

When Imeo's product is complete he must be paid before he releases said shipment to sellers. What happens when one seller has already given all preorder funds to Imeo and other seller has not. I don't think it is fair to the paid up seller and customers that they should have if the other has not yet taken care of his preorder obligations to Imeo.

Obviously we will not hear anyone pointing fingers. Vassilis started sending preorder shipping notices 11-29-13 / 21 days ago. Bruce has been very silent as to any circumstances why there is no activity yet with his preorders. I am sure we will all get everything in the end but leaves something less to be desired.

Guys I live in Belgium. Sometimes you`re lucky to be living close to a manufactorer, sometimes you`re not. And be sure most of the stuff is still more easy to obtain in the US. You don`t believe the amount of money we pay here in Europe to get for example juice shipped. Waiting for all the sellers to get the products and then releasing them the same day isn`t gonna happen. Better move to Athens, great weather, lovely acropolis...

I can quite easily see a whole other reason why this shipment is lagging behind. But I'm not going to throw it out on the board as a fact when I'm just speculating.

Its hard not to speculate when there isn't any good communication from the vendor. I'm really getting impatient with COV and there must be an explanation. A simple explanation would put my imagination and speculation to rest. We have relationships with our vendors and good relationships are based on TRUST. I don't trust COV any longer. They have my $ and owe me and everyone else an explanation no matter the ramifications. If this debacle is COV's fault than the right thing to do is own up to it and admit they screwed up! A mistake is a mistake and I don't blame them for messing up, I blame them for keeping us all in the dark about what the hell is going on!!! I don't think an explanation and a realistic timetable is too much to ask for dammit!!!

2) Bruce didn't have the preorder money to pay for the Pene's when Imeo had the Pene's ready
3) Bruce either finally came up with the preorder money and Imeo shipped mid/late last week to Bruce or Imeo covered the order for his customers

Interesting... next time I need a interest free loan maybe I should get into the pre order business. I got a tracking number this afternoon so I should have my Penelope by the weekend. Im glad its finally on its way, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
