What is an REO?
A band? REO speedwagon.
What is an REO?
I have also researched the pro-whatsit. From what I have seen, 95% or so of the people who get one like it. The rest re-sell for almost the same price, thus never really spending that much if you don't.Ok, I think I'm gonna order a Provari with a z-atty-pro... It's pretty , I want it, and I've researched the heck out of it... but what if I get it and don't like it? That's a lot of moneydecisions, decisions
^^^^^yeah. that^^^^^The provari sells on the classified for nearly what it costs new. Not a big risk![]()
The only thing that is completely (or possibly) bannable/regulated by the government or bought out by Big tobacco is liquid nicotine.

please read this article I wrote for my blog that addresses this issue and how a person can take steps to always have a ready and available source of liquid nicotine.
Interesting thing with me (well, ok, TO me), I never wanted to quit. Got stuck with an ego (never visit ebay at 3am when your eyez are mostly shut) and hunted for juice for the heck of it. Got lucky and the first one I found one I liked. Instantly quit the smokes. That's why I say, if you want to quit (or even don't want to) you need to find something you like better than smoking. That is so true. I wanted to quit for a long, long time, but I knew I needed to satisfy something other than the need for nicotine, so I got the eRoll -- which tastes pretty anemic to me now, after getting this iTaste vv3, but it was *close enough*, and the size/shape satisfied my need for something "cigarette-like" in my hand, and I had the honest desire to quit, so I did. It wasn't that difficult, with e-cigs, even with the eRoll. Now, with the iTaste (which really wasn't expensive either), I *know* I'm done with cigarettes.
I'm learning so much about all this from all you guys that have been doing it so much longer, so I'm thinking that with this iTaste, I can be content for a nice long while -- while I save up for one of those expensive ones, that have so much more going for them.

I'm thinking I need some large plastic squeeze bottles with "pointy" tips... y'know, like restaurant ketchup bottles.
Anyone have any links, solutions, or suggestions? tia

Right now, I'm mixing my 50/50/12 nic base in a 250ml wide mouth bottle that my first nic purchase came in. This means every time I want to then put some into 30ml bottles, I have to use a funnel. Which means I'm wasting that which sticks to the funnel, and also means more nic in my septic tank after I rinse the funnel (this may be a non-issue, I don't know, but that's another subject). Using the funnel is getting to be a PITA, because now I'm supporting me, my wife, my elderly lady v-vert, the 19yo son of a friend of ours, probably soon another convert, and others.

Yup, got it! I gave up on waiting for a sale at RTS and went ahead and risked the 100 mg/ml from WL. The 2 bottles should last me 5 years, even at my current strength. Hopefully, I'll cut down quickly enough to never need to buy nic again!I'm sure this was posted but just incase it's wasn't here the place I get my nic
100mg Nicotine solution - 500ml
And to add to your choices, I love these: 2 oz Flip-Top Bottles. You can also get them in 4 oz, which is about 120 ml. They've made my life SO much easier!I'm thinking I need some large plastic squeeze bottles with "pointy" tips... y'know, like restaurant ketchup bottles.

What is an REO?
I think what made it difficult for me at first, and probably a lot of others too, is that it's so hard to imagine somethng you could like better, until you've actually experienced it. This e-juice I finally found, I fell in love with because it was so LIKE the taste of my cigarettes -- but the more I vaped it, the more I realized it actually tasted A WHOLE LOT BETTER! Once I started vaping regularly, every cigarette I smoked tasted worse than the last one! Till I finally just couldn't stand 'em anymore. But yeah, I did want to quit, for all the usual reasons - health, offending my loved ones with the smell -- even if you smoke outdoors as I did, you still carry it around with you -- and the big one, watching my dad succumb to lung cancer, and remembering back to all the years and years he smoked Luckies. And COPD almost got my mom, till she *finally* quit smoking, with patches and gum, and with my asthma, COPD is a big ol future certainty. Or at least, it was.![]()

I'll be rebuilding the protank coils, Igo L and Kayfun lite. Will the 32 A1 be sufficient for all?
I already get my nic from Wizard Labs, love them!

Do you love yours, Myranny, really really love it? I'm just tired of spending 100 here and 80 there and not being satisfied with the vape quality. I would rather just get what I want right off the bat, and be happy...from what Ive read about the provari and the z-atty tank they are low maintenance and most people are happy with them. Im really not into the next brightest thing, I just want something that's gonna keep me off cigs (30 days today) and not be frustrating to use![]()
I have one small piece of wisdom I have gathered over my 3 years of vaping I would like to share. You new guys and gals please don't feel you have to have the shiniest most expensive thing you can find in the forum and/or the net to be successful. New technology is coming out every day and it is always that one step better than what you have at any given time.
I started out with V2 ecigs which are KR808D-1 threading. I have a WHOLE BUNCH of them with chargers, PCCs, shiny black batteries, shiny SS batteries, pass throughs..........you name it I bought it. Then I discovered Echos. Neat system.......Tx taught me a lot about what I didn't know and would have never discovered by myself about them. Then the "Echo craze" went away as has the 808 craze for the most part.
So I had to start over to get up to speed with 510 threading and eGo threading. It was a very expensive and time consuming set of lessons. Had I not gone for what I thought was THE THING to have at any given moment I could have saved a wad of money. You would not believe the size and weight of the tackle box I have all that stuff in. So in adopting the 510/eGo as my threading standard I started collecting very carefully what I gleaned from various forums (ECF and beyond) was necessary to satisfy my continued non-smoking success without spending a fortune. I have amassed a bunch of eGos, Vamos, Sigeleis, ProTanks, K100s and DIY equipment. I totally make my own ejuice now, have a stash of nic and flavorings and every once in a while I grab the coat-tails of a co-op. All of this (everything) on my self "inflicted" budget of $100/month.
Often I have to reconvince myself that the shiny APV on the web page I'm looking at is definitely NOT calling my name. I've been retired for 11 years and loving every minute. My first hobby was having a fancy weather station. My second hobby was building a web site to transfer my weather information to the web and to the network of other weather enthusiasts. My third hobby now is ecigs. I quit smoking cigarettes overnight almost 3 years ago after buying a brand new carton. I threw the whole thing in the garbage and saved one lighter to carry around in my pocket which reminds me constantly NOT to use it.
Point being if one has the desire to quit, it will happen. It does not depend on fancy PVs or atomizers or anything but your deep down internal desire to kick the cig habit for good. The next big thing on the PV market is just around the corner.
Although I never argue (and never lie), I occasionally have viewpoints which may not align. Here are a couple a three of those out of line views:
Co-ops: savings are not worth the potential problems and slowness of delivery. You can find the stories of troubled co-ops by looking through the threads of those co-ops which have ended. Some of the most respected and dependable co-op hosts are not people with whom I'd voluntarily work. Just my opinion... no need to try and reform me.. I'm happy to never again participate in a co-op.
Quitting smoking: for me, required a substitute which was better. Not an ounce of me was willing to accept a less enjoyable short-term experience. I didn't quit because I wanted to, I quit because I found something that was more satisfying.
Calling cigarettes stinkies: I'll never do it. I was persecuted for decades for being a smoker and I will never have anything bad or mocking to say about those who still smoke. I'm not better than they are, just luckier.
None of the above personal opinions are intended to be argumentative. All are philosophies, none are right or wrong.
A REO is a box-type, bottom-feeder, mechanical mod that is even dishwasher safe. THE, absolutely THE, most bullet-proof, reliable mod to buy for Vapocalypse!
They've always been popular because they're well made and because they're the best bottom-feeder you can buy. Who needs to drip for flavor when you can just squeeze the internal bottle and always have a freshly refilled atty?
It's on my wishlist!
Dishwasher safe - huh! Never heard that about any PV.
yes, you're right, went back and did some research after someone mentioned the kayfun. Looks like that would be one to ponder... you guys are awesome, you are so very helpful and I really appreciate itIMO the Provari is one of the best regulated PVs - hard to go wrong by getting one. And the re-sale value is close to retail if'n you should not like it.
The Z-Atty-Pro. hmmm? Make sure you do your research good on that one. Yes it looks great on the Provari, but so can other RBAs w/ an optional beauty ring. The Z-atty has a very airy draw, the airiest of any RBA/RDA I have. I have 2 of them but don't use them near as much as I do other RBAs. They were some of the 1st RBAs I bought and have since found others that are much more satisfying. And they don't hold their re-sale value anywhere near as much as the Provari does.
