WOOT! WOOT! High Five!!

Yeah I'm MOST tickled about that part! I know that some people round here tend to disparage cigalikes... and I admit, the iTaste gives me a lot more taste and throat hit than the eRoll ever THOUGHT about... but when that craving hits, that cigalike thing really helps. It gives me something familiar to hold on to, like a teddybear I guess. :D

Cool on your vapemail!! In the midst of all this frazzlement, I got the 2nd order of the newer Virginias I'm trying, the Hangsen... considering my experience yesterday with that other one, I immediatley took the cap off and just left it to sit for a while... when my current tank gets to the refill-me stage, I'll dump and clean it out, and give the new stuff a try.

I did a partial order of the DIY stuff, which should be here monday. In the interest of sparing my bank acct, what I did was order some of the VG Virginia, but in 18mg strength, and also got some of the Virginia flavoring; when it gets here, I'll flavor up some of the plain PG I have, and mix it with the 18mg VG Virginia; I was able to save about $5 by doing it that way, instead of just ordering the plain nic juice. Later I'll get the plain nic juice and do the whole thing from scratch. I know $5 doesn't seem like much, but we may need more food before next friday, and doing even the order that I did brings the bank acct down to just below $50... so that $5 is like 10% of all that we have right now.

Such is life in the aftermath of economic disaster...

Great discussion on dry-burning T3S heads. How about Aspire BDC heads?

The Aspire BDC heads don't appear to have flavor wicks...but I have a different hassle with them.

The chimney has a small piece of "mesh" in it (that falls out when you remove the chimney).

I have a hard time trying to re-wrap this "mesh" around the coils before trying to put the chimney back.

Any tips???

I guess you could pull off the metal housing with that mesh and dry burn it. I haven't tried it But I do have a few and will try it. I'll post if I'm successful

I hear ya about the economic disaster. When I saw that little VV Lava Tube for $10, I jumped on it.

Seriously, I am concerned at what the government may try to do to us vapers. I want to make sure I have enough 'stuff', hardware and diy materials, put away, that I don't have to worry about it. I figure I'm good if I have a few mods that use replaceable batteries and a couple RDA & RBA's. Plus my juice supplies.

I think all the smart people went somewhere else -- probably got tired of all my panicking... ;)

Seems to be just us and the crickets... :D

You know I can't decide weather to be offended by this crack or not. I don't know a single "NOT SMART" person in this thread. Just because we are not reading it 24/7 does not mean we don't catch up when we are around.

I am not dummy by any means. I also have life outside this thread. I can NOT dance attendance on it 24/7.

EDIT: I think I need another vacation at least until I get over this infection. I am way to cranky for forums I think.

Yeah I'm starting to look around at those too; I was questioning the other night what was so great about the provari, and myrany told me a lot of good stuff about it, but the thing that most impressed me was not having to throw the whole thing away when the battery is finally just dead; you just get another battery. I mean, that makes sense! That's what we do to most stuff that takes batteries, it's only sensible to approach this the same way. I also liked the thing about the year warranty -- I don't buy anything electronic that dosn't have at least a year warranty, why should this be different?

But I like what someone else pointed out; it would be hard to legislate against metal and plastic, for the PVs themselves, and food-grade flavors of course, but the nicotine, it's a drug, and though it's currently OTC, that could always change. At some point real soon I do plan to get a supply of high-concentration nic so I can just freeze it.

You know I wasn't trying to be offensive, myr... but it was dead silent in here for a while there. Nobody but me and the OP, and I don't know diddly!

OOPS! I spoke too soon... legolas is very smart about this stuff!!!

Well I'm not too sure about smart but if your asking about how many mistakes it took to get the slight bit of knowledge I have then yes I've done it all wrong and made many corrections.
If There is a question that I missed I will be happy to take a shot at it for you.

Once I've read all the threads I'm in and leave a few posts, I give it a break for a few hours and then play catch up again!! I usually have to go from thread posted, mods, new threads a few times to catch up.

To both Myranny and AndriaD, I love seeing you guys here!!! Andria, you ask all the right questions and even though I don't post, I have learned loads reading through the responses about dry burning. Keep it up. Myranny, you're knowledge is an invaluable resource to all of us noobs!!! Thanks for the help and please keep it coming!!

Thanks to all others for such great information. I would never of thought about buying a rebuildable or DiY juice if not for this porch thread. You all explain it in such a way that I think I could do it too!!! A lot of threads get to technical about things but you all explain it in a way that makes sense.

I guess I should say, thanks for dumbing things down for me. I needed that!!!! :toast:

Looks like it might be time to run CCleaner and Malwarebytes. You might have something happening in the background consuming resources.

In many cases, although I may be lurking somewhere in the corner, I just don't have anything to really say .. I'm not an equipment expert, I'm still using VV regular old stuff / cartos / tanks .. nothing exotic .. any advice I would try to give would be grasping ..

I do, however, learn much from the rest of the Illuminati that populate this thread and many others ..

Congratulations patches!

I've learned so much here, my brain turned to oatmeal there for a day or 2.

Why did I hear Maxwell Smart in my head saying that?

I wasn't trying to run her off. Sigh yeah I think its self imposed forum vacation time for me again.

I'm so sorry you feel so lousy. Big Hugz!!
