OK all you Provari owners, what makes the Provari so good that I'm going to have to lower my nic?

I got mine today, and before putting it in the drawer with the rest of my backups (because I just couldn't believe all the hype), I tested it. WOW , got the biggest headrush and a bit nauseous. It was a 1.9 ohm carto with 30ish mg tobacco/WTA at 3.6 V. That's been almost an hour ago, and I still can not fathom taking another hit.

I had to go with a cartomizer with an ego cone because the T3S with the ego adapter leaves a big gap and looks weird to me.

That is funny. This is off-topic, but I have had a problem for years with talking in my sleep. I don't wake myself up because I can't hear myself very well. I have an agreement with my next door neighbor that if it bothers him, he bangs on the wall (low-pitch sounds are more audible). Lately, when I wake up, I discover that nearly always I am holding my mouth shut in some way or another.

My ex wife would talk in her sleep, I would have conversations with her, the funny part is she could do math in her sleep that she could never dream of doing when awake.

Well folks, I am going to try to wean myself off of the Older Folks threads. I know I don't post much but I have been here through all of the changes and don't want to put myself through any of it again.

This is for all the newer folks that weren't here during all the iterations. Our first thread was closed by the one that started it because someones feelings got hurt. We were devastated. Txtumbleweed started another thread for us (Thank you Tx). Everything was going well until the morning we all woke up and found that our thread had been moved to the lounge because it had turned into a social thread instead of staying on the vaping topic.

We knew that new folks would never think to look in the lounge so Tx graciously hosted another thread in the general forum with the agreement that it would be used for vaping conversations and the thread in the lounge would be for everything else.

Both of our threads had gotten so big they had to be closed and Mike generously agreed to host our new threads, both front porch for vaping conversations and the back porch for everything else. If we don't abide by the forum rules and keep this thread mostly about vaping we are going to wake up one morning and find that it will either be moved or it will be closed.

These sly little creatures are half the size of normal gnomes, yet have the strength of 5 adult humans and the speed of a corvette!
They love to play tricks and hide vaping equipment.

So I got a little good news.....my son, who has obligated himself to help me out with bills until I get my Worker's Comp settlement, just got a $200 a week raise, so it won't put him in a bind to help. That makes me feel a lot better about it.

He's on his way to visit this afternoon, since he dropped his eGo and says it won't work now. Probably the coil in the CE4 has come loose or the pin needs to be pulled up in the batt. I may be able to fix it, but if not, no biggie, I have another rig waiting on him. Plus, 3 bottles of juice, he's about out. He doesn't use half the juice I do, probably not even a quarter the juice. He was never a heavy smoker either.

Speaking of the amount of juice used.................anyone else notice how the amount of juice you go thru is dependent on the type of clearo, tank, etc, that you're using?

I've noticed that the amount of juice I use in the RG glassos, is about HALF what the Vivi Nova's go thru. The VN can really blow thru some juice!! I use like 2 mls an hour in a VN!! Where the h*ll does it go?!?!

Gosh I'm glad you said that... I have been eyeballing the vivi novas.... I think I use maybe 2ml a *day*, roughly....I don't seem to use more than about 15ml a week, anyway. I guess that's logical, since by the end of my smoking, I wasn't a very heavy smoker, couldn't afford to be!! So I think I'll leave those VNs alone!

Ain't that the truth!?! I am sooo anxious for my vape mail to come! I have several small orders coming from 'all over', which will be here in the next few days, but it's the FT order that will make me crazy before it gets here! And it's got my charger in it! DOH! The batteries will be here for 2 weeks before the charger gets here. Geez! I can be such an idgit at times!

Don't get me wrong, I actually like the Mini Vivi Nova's. They are 2-2.5 ml, so they look good on an ego or smaller battery, like your iTaste probably. With the eGo, you do need a beauty ring, wouldn't know about yours though.

It's just that they really blow thru some juice! It probably wouldn't be as noticeable for you, because you don't vape as much as I do. If I'm awake, I'm vapin'! Because I was a very heavy smoker before I started vaping, I'm, pretty much, a chain vaper, as in vaping all the time, not as in 'being a smokestack'. But for a plastic topper, I like the Vivi. The rest of mine are pyrex, the Davide or RG series.And I like them a lot.

OMG! I... I'm... a smokestack! (Hangz hed in shame)

Don't have a mini VV but I assume they're dual coil. Seems to me the DC's do run thru a ton of joose over a single coil. And to be honest.... I don't really see that much of a flavor difference. Thing is, it's getting harder and harder to find a single coil. I guess the juice makers are pushing them!

IMHO, the latest and greatest aren't always the greatest.
