I started with high in my cartos in those crappy early days of vaping. As time has past I lowered it and with DIY I can make any strength needed. I'm at 12 or less, 9 most of the time. Still can't do 0 for very long.

As sensitive as I am to anything over 9mg, if I stick strictly to 6mg in the daytime, I'm puffing constantly. At night I have to lower it to 6mg or I get the rapid heartbeat thing that keeps me from sleeping, but in the daytime I do best at about 8mg; at that level I'm not *constantly* puffing, so I guess I'm getting "enough," I don't seem to have a lot of cravings, but if I do, I just take a few nice slow puffs so I get the vapor and hence nicotine into my nose, and that seems to help a lot.

Amoret - I personally still vape 18 and have no plans as of yet for reducing it. I keep 24mg on hand for emergencies. Not because I am afraid I will go back to smoking but just to keep myself from hurting my loved ones. I think it is a good idea for me anyway. Just my :2c:. I admire someone who can narrow it down to 2 favorite flavors. I just love changing. Sorry I'm nosy but what are your favorite flavors. I have an inquiring mind.......heehee

Burley Menthol Tobacco and Earl Grey Tea, both from Vaperite. I keep trying to find more flavors. I'm a little limited because I don't like sweet and I can't open childproof containers (no Mt. Baker for me) but I keep ordering new flavors and the only one I've ever reordered was plain pineapple, and I only use that occasionally. I've got a small drawer full of bottles and samples that I never finished. And some are ones that were highly recommended.

Thank you. I bought a bunch of needle tip bottles from FT because I have problems with my hands too. I would be glad to send you some if it would help. I like them. Then you could buy from anywhere and just put it in them. Just let me know. It is funny how you read reviews and a juice that so many people just went gaga over and then you finally order some and try it and hate it. One the other side of that, I've tried some free juices that I knew I would not like and.... loved them. I have bought juice twice in the past 6 months and that was only because they were on sale. There is no way I could pass up 80% off and look at myself in the mirror. heehee It really is pretty easy just to make my own. Thanks again and sorry if I was being nosy. That's just me.:) Have you thought about mixing some of the samples you have gotten and creating something that you might just like? It's a thought. I once had some Vanilla Custard and some blueberry that was just ok and I mixed them. I used them up then. I'm just to "frugal" to waste. Just a thought.

I'm the same way, which I why I have a drawerful in there; also everyone says the juices change over time, and my tastebuds are definitely changing; sometimes things I love (like my English Breakfast tea!) just taste so weird to me, I have to get something else. I've even started buying soda again, which I haven't really drunk much of in the past 20 yrs. That's why I'm not throwing away even the stuff I mixed up today that tasted so awful to me; it might get better, or my tastes my change, or both. Probably both.

But that really is a good idea about mixing juices; I have this 18mg Oak Barrel Cider, which I *almost* like, but it's too strong; if I use just a little of it with other flavors that are lower nic, like the cinnamon and clove I have, it becomes quite good.

Has anyone tried the Constant Comment at High Desert Vapes? I've got that one on my wishlist, along with the Applewood Tobacco, for the current sale -- the other half gets paid Friday, so I'll have just enough time to take advantage of the sale. I remember liking the cinnamon and clove in Constant Comment tea, so I thought it might be a good one to try.

Andria - I have never tried that one from HDV but I have their Caramelnut Mocha and it is good when I get finished with it. I have found that 90% of the juice I have bought or won in the past is just to strong for my tastebuds. I keep unflavored nic all the time. I vape 18mg. I will buy 36mg nic bottle of juice and dilute it down with 50/50 pg/vg and find it still has enough flavor for me. I also like the fact that I am getting a 60ml bottle for the price of a 30ml bottle. (yes you can say I am a cheapanista, it's true) I think that is why I make my own. I do love easy things. That is why I am so in love with Vaping Zone gourmet and super concentrated flavors. I can just add drops to a bottle of my unflavored and "Bam"..... I'm ready. I've tried a bunch of theirs and have been more than pleased with everything I've gotten.

Might try mixing flavors together. I made the mistake of mixing pear/blueberry with Mike's RY4 once and he said it was pretty good! He vaped the whole 30 ml bottle so I guess it was. He's also tried just mixing a little tobacco flavor in a fruit and said that worked pretty well too. I don't think of fruit and tobacco in the same mix, but evidently it works.

Hi Jenny - welcome to the porch. From you post count looks like you're new to vaping and ECF. If you've got any questions, any at all, just speak up and we'll try to help.
