I have ordered one and going to see if mum likes it. She currently uses an ego-t 1100mah. She found my aspire 1600mah to big.
She's still at that stage of trying to match the size with anologs. She seems to be ok with the ego-c 1300mah i got her.

She is still liking the ce4 my nautilus 5ml was too big , perhaps one day a nautilus mini or similar but she also seems to like the disposable rather than putting in a new coil.

Also got some ce5 clears and they do leak from the bottom. Tried every which way and still get gurgling and leaking often.

Some liquids can be harsh on her throat and she likes this menthol. I'm thinking maybe she doesn't need the 2.4% because when she tries it on my nautilus or sometimes with a new clearo ( she used her first ce4's for 2 months ) its stronger. Well there just working better.

Also some liquids have the odd taste to them they don't taste as clean as her fav company at the moment although she has shown interest in other liquids.
I was waiting for her to get her new ce4's and now she has she's put in her fav juices , nicquid smoothal and daybreak.

Eventually I may get her to like others , have quite a few here and the daybreak seems to be their version on ry4 and I have similar ones here from heathers and itc and nicoticket.

Smoothal was one of the first I got, also. I started with menthol's, since I smoked menthol's. Then I discovered Castle Long Reserve & had the "flavor awakening", realizing that it's no longer a tobacco thing. I still have a bottle of Nicquid's Added Burst menthol just in case I want a bit of menthol, but that's pretty much history for me at 3 months into this. I've discovered I lean more toward bakery flavors & away from fruits, candies, & most drinks, although I like Mint Julep, & Mojito's, & Pina Colada.

Couple thoughts on those CEs, Wolf.

They're all poly, and may be susceptible to "tank cracking", which may be the source of the "odd taste" as the juice starts to attack the tube... If, after cleaning, the tube is starting to look frosted, that could well be what's going on.

Being top coil and top fill, if a CE5 is leaking from the bottom, it has a crack or a bad seal where the tube is fastened to the base. Unless she's drawing too hard, and pulling a lot of excess juice into the air tube.

Try a layer of superglue around the tube/base joint. Maybe nail polish would work, too.

Is the only way to stop it to buy it? What if I didn't really want it? :)

It would have made sense if Wolf's meter had probes, but in his message that you quoted he said that his meter does not.
Um, yeah... I was a bit out of it. What I SHOULD have said is that if you use a multimeter, you need to subtract the resistance of the probes from your atomizer resistance reading. This will tell you if your resistance meter is off, and how much, simply by comparing the reading from that and the multimeter.
I have one resistance meter that is .2 Ω off, and one that is dead correct. The correct one probably has a board that compensates for the resistance of its internal workings.

I asked this question someplace else, but decided to ask it here, too. Might get a quicker answer, although, given the nature of the question, I am just being impatient.

I have decided to use my oldest pair of batteries exclusively until they are ready to be tossed. When they were new, I could vape on one all day. Now, I change/charge multiple times a day. When I finish one, the other is ready to go. My goal is to use them down until "a" is still charging when "b" is at 3.3. Will this happen? I always leave the house on a fresh battery, with a tiny ego for emergencies in my purse, and never have problems.

I suppose if you're really diligent about the swap/charge routine, you could hit that point... where A is still charging and B is flat. I think I'd just run them until the vape time is no longer acceptable, and not worry about it, tossing them into the recycle bin at that time. :2c:

I'm holding out for the 500 watt version, you know, for when 260 watts just isn't enough. Actually, the tiny power button is forgivable on my $75 Cloupor DNA 30 mods, but the identical power button on this $189 mod is not forgivable:

Variant Styled 250 Watt Box Mod PREORDER by PSMOKE - Vapor Tek USA

I never even use 20 watts but am considering the dual-18650 Sigelei 100 watt box mod. From the pictures, the power button looks very comfortable.

Just replace the button with one of these:

It's a full 10cm and lighted to boot!

I haven't seen any frosted look in the ce4's yet. I don't think I have had any of the usual suspect liquids in them or if i have was for a short time.

Kind of given up on the ce5's as she likes the ce4's and I'm on the nautilus and soon kayfun light clone.
The ce5's leak from the bottom onto the batteries connector. One battery has a spring connector and it got stuck down by liquid and then when she screwed it onto the charger the top part came of the battery , so i tossed it.

I'm dealing with a person that brings certain traits that are not normal to the party or meaningless.
such as I got her some new ce4's and some have 4-6 string things hanging down from the core and her original ones have just two.
So that being different she questions are they as good.
Got to made by smok that are all silver and because they look different she questions them.

I vaping a 60 watt box mod and the only time it goes over 15 watts is when I am dry burning a coil. Man can it make that darn thing glow.

We used to use things like that with severely mentally handicapped kids. When they hit the button, they get music. Some really like music!!

It's the help button from Staples! :)

Speaking of batteries what happens with mods ( regulated) when the battery gets low or does that depend on the mod ?

Currently the aspire vv batteries i use they have a blue led and it goes orange when it gets near a certain voltage and then it flashes orange a few times when it gets to that voltage. So then i go and put it on the charger and use my other one.

So with the mods do they do similar , do you keep looking at the battery level if they have one or do they just not fire ?

Wolf,
It depends on the mod of course. The ones with the LED/LCD displays generally say something as a warning like "LoV" or similar. If the chip set controlling the vape is fairly good you may not even notice the battery getting low. On others the quality of the vape may fall off as the battery gets low. Most devices cut off around 3.2 volts to avoid battery damage.

Thanks Matt.

Used to find the vaping getting lesser sometimes and I would be wondering what was going on and then i push the button and its orange and I catch on.

VaperTek has some new German flavorings.
Scroll down below Kevin's statement, and you'll find them

GERMAN FLAVOURS - Vapers Tek

Just reading this, I'm thinking bratwurst, beer, and those big German pretzels with the mustard on them. Maybe sauerkraut. I think I'd be disappointed if I looked at the actual flavors now :)
