I have the RG400 and several RG200 and I love them! The fact that they take protank coils is a plus, since my Davide also uses them. If you don't already have one, get a needle bottle to fill them, it's easier. The RG400's fill holes are a little larger, but the 200's are tiny. I have yet to have one leak or flood or gurgle and use them constantly.

Thank you. I have needles, bottles, a little bit of everything stashed away. I try to buy the biggest tanks I can find. The large capacity of the RG400 was the selling point and the fact that I already have replacement coils that will work.

It's weird to me; if I *see* someone smoking, it does bring on a craving -- but smell it? GAG ME WITH A FORK! All I have to do is smell it, and that craving vanishes, poof!

And yeah, I do sometimes get cravings, but they're so mild, it takes me a while to figure out what's happening. I really do think that my "guardian angel" brought me here, so I could finally get off the smokes without suffering so much; it's been so easy compared to the previous attempts to quit, I have to figure it was just the right time. :thumb:

Andria

I STILL can't believe how easy it was for me to quit smoking. I thank God for e cigs.

Well I guess I'm a NOOB then cause I'm on my second day off the analogs. IF I make it till the end of the month, that will be my quit day. Still, working my way down from a pack and a half to 4-5 a day was a big step, so I'm happy with that. Either way its a success.
welcome to the porch!!! It's easier to quit than you think. try every other cig you want to vape instead :) they will disapear quickly from your life.

I said mild shinyitis!! NOT $40 shinyitis!!
heh - the one I got at my 6 month was $60

Found the "Lucky 7 Vapes" thread with their ECF15 15% OFF code...so...

$1.99-15% = 1.69/12ml. = 14.1¢ per ml.

$10.99-15% = 9.34/120ml. = 7.78¢ per ml.

How does that compare with DIY???

Those are the lowest prices I've ever seen for joose. I haven't sat and figured what it costs me to make my own but when all expenses are considered it might even be more than that. Really, really great prices!

Congratulations. I got myself something totally unneeded for mine.

So, you gonna treat yourself to a phiniac tank for your 1year?

Ooh, I have drooled over those phiniacs, but keep telling myself they cost too much. May will be 2 and a half years for me...and my b-day is in May and also Mother's Day. Whew, I may have to splurge a little bit. What else can I do?

I know I should have done it that way. That's what I had planned. But, I made a teensy mistake with my calculations and didn't realize it until it was done. Oops!

I figure I'll make a little bottle of it and see if it, at least, tastes ok first (if the flavor and TH are still ok). If it does, I'll make one 30 ml bottle and see if the nicotine level is a problem. Either it'll work or I'll just 'fix' it to make it 15 or 16 mg/ml. We'll see.

Ain't that the nice thing about DIY - you can fix your own mistakes. :vapor:

VAAAAPE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 - 2 cell 18650 batt cases.

Local vape shop...

Whoohoo - fun day!

just baffled how they can state something is bad in a ecigarette without stating what brand/eliquid was "tested". If i pulled that kind of stuff when i was in school on a research it would be a instant fail. Doubt they even know the variety of e-liquids or how they can be vaped. Ill just write em tomorrow i guess ;) Just too much misinformation in that piece. Its just not fair to their subscribers either.. a lot of them are still smoking normal cigs and this kind of "research" makes sure they dont even want to try e-cigs. Luckily my mum read this with some caution (she's a subscriber). Else id be getting an earful.

Yes.. i will sent them a reaction tomorrow.. this just pisses me off too much.

Good for you taking the time to try to set them straight. :toast:

FT shipped my Hammer and accessories (kick and 650 extension) yesterday. Tracking says it made it to 'China'...well, I hope it did. :D

lol my shipment was despatched to the netherlands.. a week ago.. that plane was a leftover from ww I i think.

I ordered something from a company in NC (I am in TN). I checked the tracking and one day it was 30 minutes away. Next day, it was in Arkansas. LOL I have a theory that that is why USPS is always needing more money. They send packages on a scenic tour of America and that costs them.

I keep looking at that hammer but don't want to drop coin until I see one in person. Let us know how you like it. Don't poke your eye out.

We got to see one the other day at a B&M. Kind of reminds me holding a pipe. It's a bit heavy, but I can see why people would like it. Any chance you have a B&M around that either carries it or maybe someone who works there has one that you could see?

Thanks very much for that link to Lucky 7 Vapes. I ordered enough juice to reach the $60 threshold after discount, for free shipping plus a free 120ml bottle of juice. 960 ml total (8 x 120ml bottles including the free one) with cost coming out to $0.07 per milliliter. Trying some tried and true flavors plus some new ones, plus two bottles of a flavor that I like a lot but haven't yet succeeded in reproducing at home, Newport.

I hope I'm happy with the quality. Not apocalyptic in quantity but quite a bit, around 9 to 12 months worth of joose for me.*

Thanks again, and thanks also for the "review" from he or she or they who have already tried the vendor.

*13 months ago, the amount of money that I just spent on joose would not have bought a week's worth of cigarettes.

Well.. fresh in from a local asthma magazine: The ecig is bad for u and contains cancerous chemicals. It also causes throat irritation, coughing (really?). Glad im not a member of that club.. still undecided if im gonna reply on that article.. Looks a lot like a copy and paste from a local article last year. Guess ill write em next year when im a year off cigs and still breathing strong. ;P
So, reply now. Tell them that.

I STILL can't believe how easy it was for me to quit smoking. I thank God for e cigs.

Spread the word.

Well that's a wonderful milestone too. Good for you!

I thought 30 days was going to do it for me. I often remember a Ben Franklin saying that a new habit takes 30 days to form. Well after a month it was a new habit - but it took me another 30 days before I quit the old habit altogether.

It took me two months to get rid of the last two or three a day (and I still want the first one when I wake up) but it is close to six months now. There is a problem with the signatures. I'm painfully honest, and I don't honestly remember what day was my last cigarette, so that rules out a lot of the "since my last cigarette" signatures.

You know the RG line has an RG500 too right? They are glass tanks with a cutout metal sleeve over them. Comes in several colors. I'm thinking about getting one or 2 for my Zmax.

I never thought the words 'EASY' and 'QUITTING SMOKING' should even be in the same sentence...until I started vaping. :D

Alright, got a new darkside batch in the cupboard today. RY4, honey tobacco, Milk Chocolate, Double Chocolate (they didn't have triple chocolate the dorks) and Kahlua and cream. That Kahlua is going to be a coil eater, looks like tar.

I made the TFA Kahlua and Cream and it didn't gunk up my coils near as bad as I expected by the appearance of the juice. I also added just a touch of TFA Sweet Cream to it, along with a drop or 2 of sweetener. It tastes ok, not like the real thing, but it's ok.

So I had a last minute appt with my Dr today and decided to tell him I was 90+ days without a cigarette. He was ecstatic! When he asked how I did it, I explained that it was an NRT that actually worked! :) Then proceeded to take out my rig and tell him all about it. We ended up talking for about 30 mins about vaping, then he asked if he could call me for info, if he had a patient that was interested. I told him, 'Of Course'!! That made me very happy! :) I'd love to be able to help his other patients that want/need to quit the smokes. Considering I was in there because my knee had swelled up like a balloon and was causing extreme pain and he had dug around in it with a 4 inch needle, draining fluid, I damned sure needed SOMETHING to make me happy! Never had a knee issue in my life. I wouldn't wish what I went through, today, on my worst enemy! Talk about chain vaping?!?! I was filling up my truck all the way home! But not for a second did I think about getting smokes. Never entered my mind. Guess '90 days' was that magic number for me.

LIKE!! (Except for the knee part, ouch!)
