There basing it all on the " targeting kids" thing. They have a whole TV adds going around here how big tobacco is marketing for kids. Even to the point of putting the cig posters down low on the doors at the store so kids will see the and putting toys on top of the cigarette rack behind the counters. There saying that flavored cigs and cigars are to entice kids to start smoking. Not entirely sure. I've read the text of the summary of the bill (which is all I have a link for at the moment), and it depends on a close reading of a few key phrases. It comes down to whether a flavor by itself is considered a "a substance in any form sold for the purpose of being vaporized or aerosolized." I would guess yes, when it's sold as a flavor for use in e-liquid.
All I can say is, I'm glad I bought a lot of 4oz bottles of TFA flavors, and I hope they last a long time.
From what I read in the bill, there only going after retailers and not Internet sails at this point. It would put the whole vape shop business underground. Prohibition all over again. All the kids will want it more because it's underground and sneaky.
