Well, Louisiana has gone and raised taxed on cigarettes. Whoopee doo!! 50 cents per pack on July 1. However, they also raised taxes on vaping liquids. I forget what it is, but it's just enough to tick me off. For the life of me, I can't figure out why they don't raise taxes on booze? We have the highest auto insurance rates in the country because the way people down here like to drink and drive.
Ah, I just found it.......5 cents per milliliter.

Ohh I totally agree. It is just that people only want to raise taxes on others not on themselves. Not seen any taxes on obesity causing substances yet and Obesity related complications are the second preventable cause of death after smoking.
