That's encouraging but the pessimist in me wonders if they'd control it to the point of not being able to purchase on the 'free market' and have to depend on prescriptions for low nic level juice and sub-par vaporizers.

That's a while off and I doubt any decisions have been made. I believe that currently other nicotine products like gum and patches are provided by prescription, but are also available for sale in shops. Maybe that's the model they would follow, if it actually happens.

Discussion of religion would include discussion of lack of such, and what belief system one has substituted for religion.
